Abstract

The utility model relates to the main functional units of vending machines designed for the retail sale of drinking water in a container - a buyer's container, i.e. in bottling. A chamber for pouring water in an aqua vending machine, mounted on its front panel, characterized in that the vertical angular interfaces of the back panel of the chamber with its side panels are made using additional chamfered panels with rounded obtuse corners, with the possibility of access to these interfaces for washing tools.

Description

The utility model relates to the main functional units of vending machines designed for the retail sale of drinking water in a container - a buyer's container, i.e. in bottling. The patented technical solution may be in demand in the design of modern devices for the named purpose.

Known is the design of a chamber for pouring water into a container - a buyer's container, which is part of a vending machine (aqua vending machine), installed on its front panel with the possibility of a buyer's access to it, while the chamber contains a filling fitting that forms a jet for filling the buyer's container with water, moreover, the outlet end of this fitting is located below the upper wall of the chamber (description of the patent for utility model RU No. 62268, publ: 27.03.2007 Bull. No. 9). A significant disadvantage of this technical solution is the lack of means designed to center and hold the neck of the buyer's bottle relative to the outlet end of the filling fitting, which may cause the purchased water to spill past the buyer's container.

The closest to the patented solution in terms of essential features, i.e. its prototype is a chamber for pouring water into a buyer's container, which includes a device for its illumination, a filling fitting with a device for draining spilled water into the sewer, a turntable-stand for containers, a device for centering the neck of the container relative to the filling fitting and a transparent door through which access to the chamber for pouring water. The bottom of the prototype is provided with a perforated false bottom, made in the form of a tray-liner, and the filling fitting is provided with a recess made on its outer surface. In addition, the illumination device of the chamber for pouring water contains at least two splash-proof LED light sources mounted in the upper wall of the chamber (description of the patent for the invention RU No. 2748644, publ. 28.05.2021, bull. No. 16). The prototype does not exclude the possibility of contact of the filler with the container of the buyer, as well as feeling it by the buyer for the correct installation of his container, which is a disadvantage of such a solution from a sanitary and hygienic point of view. According to the drawings accompanying the description of the prototype, the stops of the turntable-stand are located too close to the axis of its rotation, which brings the structure closer to the cantilever stand in the unfolded state and does not provide a high margin of rigidity and strength when loaded with water-filled containers.

The task to be solved by the claimed utility model is to improve the design of the specified chamber, which expands the arsenal of technical solutions used in the design of aqua vending machines in terms of the chamber for filling water.

The technical result achieved by using the claimed utility model is to reduce the consumption of material used to manufacture the camera body and, as a result, reduce its weight.

The essence of the utility model, which ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result, is as follows.

The chamber for pouring water in the aqua vending machine, installed on its front panel, is characterized by the fact that its internal space is formed by interconnected upper, lower, rear and side panels, and includes a transparent front swing door for access to the internal space, splash-proof lighting device, filling fitting, device for centering the neck of the container relative to the filling fitting, a turn-and-fold stand for small containers, as well as a device for draining spilled water into the sewer and a perforated tray insert. The patented chamber has a significant difference from the known analogues, which lies in the fact that the vertical angular interfaces of the rear panel of the chamber with its side panels are made using additional chamfered panels with rounded obtuse corners, with the possibility of access to these interfaces for cleaning tools;

The chamber (1) for filling water in the aqua vending machine is installed on its front panel (2) (see Fig. 1). The inner space of the chamber (1) is formed by interconnected upper (3), lower (4), rear (5) and two vertical side (6) panels. The vertical corner joints of the rear panel (5) with the side panels (6) are made using narrow chamfer panels (7) (see Fig. 2, Fig. 3), and the obtuse corners of these joints are additionally rounded (see Fig. 3) . These distinguishing features of the design ensure the achievement of the claimed technical result, i.e. the internal volume of the chamber (1) is optimized, and a larger container (19 liters) fits into it with minimal “dead volumes” in the corners, which results in material savings and a reduction in the weight of the chamber. In addition, such a solution not only prevents the accumulation of dirt in the corners of the chamber (1), but also provides good access to them for cleaning tools. The use by the buyer of the chamber for pouring water in the patented technical solution and in the above analogs does not have significant differences.

The technical solution declared as a utility model is industrially applicable, since all its constituent elements and materials are known from the prior art, and the production of the claimed device can be based on well-known modern technologies and carried out at industrial enterprises of the corresponding profile.

A chamber for filling water in an aqua vending machine, installed on its front panel, the interior of which is formed by interconnected upper, lower, rear and side panels, and includes a transparent front rotary door for access to the interior, splash-proof lighting device, filling fitting, a device for centering the neck of the container relative to the filling fitting, a turn-and-fold stand for small containers, as well as a device for draining spilled water into the sewer and a perforated tray-liner, characterized in that the vertical angular interfaces of the rear panel of the chamber with its side panels are made using additional chamfer panels with rounded obtuse corners.
