Abstract

FIELD: food industry; vacuum pans. SUBSTANCE: drum is made so that shell has cross clearance. Drum is installed on axle with hole for rotation. Shutoff member is made in form of shaft installed for rotation inside drum and coming in contact with inner surface of drum in its lower portion. Shaft is made of flexible material. Belt is arranged to pass over drum from outside, excluding lower sector. Shutoff member engages with belt to form insulated space inside drum which is connected with mechanism providing delivery of powder-like product through hole in axle. EFFECT: simplified design of dryer, enhanced reliability of its operation. 2 dwg

Изобретение относится к разгрузочным устройствам из вакуум- аппаратов. Известно устройство для непрерывной разгрузки порошкообразных продуктов из вакуумных сушилок (2017053 C1, 5F 26 B/04, 25/00), в котором выгрузка порошкообразного продукта происходит из барабана, имеющего в обечайке продольные пазы, охватываемого лентой, внутри которого имеется запорный элемент, выполненный в виде ленты. Однако данное устройство имеет ряд недостатков: сложность конструкции, необходимость частой замены отдельных элементов. The invention relates to unloading devices from vacuum devices. Задачей изобретения является упрощение конструкции, повышение надежности работы. The objective of the invention is to simplify the design, increase reliability.

Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в устройстве для непрерывной выгрузки порошкообразного продукта из вакуум-аппаратов, выполненном в виде барабана, охватываемого лентой, содержащем запорный элемент, механизм подачи порошкообразного продукта, барабан выполнен таким образом, что обечайка имеет поперечный зазор и установлен на оси, имеющей отверстие, с возможностью вращения, а запорный элемент выполнен в виде валика, установленного с возможностью вращения внутри барабана и соприкасающегося с внутренней его поверхностью в нижней части, причем материал, из которого выполнен валик, является упругим, при этом лента расположена таким образом, что охватывание барабана осуществляется снаружи, кроме нижнего сектора, при этом запорный элемент контактирует с лентой, образуя изолированную полость внутри барабана, которая соединена с механизмом подачи порошкообразного продукта посредством отверстия в оси. A device for the continuous discharge of a powdered product from vacuum apparatuses, made in the form of a drum having a shell, covered by a tape, containing a locking element, a powder product supply mechanism, characterized in that the drum is made so that the shell has a transverse clearance and is mounted on an axis having a hole, with the possibility of rotation, and the locking element is made in the form of a roller mounted for rotation inside the drum and in contact with its inner surface in the lower part ty, and the material from which the roller is made is elastic, while the tape is located so that the drum is covered outside, except for the lower sector, while the locking element is in contact with the tape, forming an insulated cavity inside the drum, which is connected to the powder supply product through a hole in the axis.
