Description

 The invention relates to the field of armored vehicles, in particular to an automatic loader of a T-72 tank.

 The entire crew is currently involved in loading shots into the tank (1). Moreover, the ammunition loading process takes up to 35 minutes, and sometimes more.

 As a prototype, a rotating conveyor of the automatic loader (AZ) of the T-72 tank was taken (see Tank T-72A. Technical description and operating instructions. Book 2. (Part One). - M.: Military Publishing, 1988, p. 107 - 123), which consists of a frame, an electromechanical drive, flooring, a mechanism for closing the dispensing window with sashes, a stopper, a manual drive, a running device and a cartridge.

 A rotating conveyor serves to place shots and feed them to the dispensing window.

 The practice of operating tanks in the troops shows that the process of loading shots into a rotating conveyor of a loading automatic machine takes quite a long time. At the same time, the gunner should be near the commander’s hatch on the right fenders, which does not exclude the possibility of defeating him with enemy fire weapons.

 Involving all crew members to load ammunition into the tank reduces the time required for other work to prepare the machine for combat use. This, in turn, can lead to the failure of both individual components and assemblies, and the combat vehicle as a whole.

 The analysis shows that one of the possible ways to reduce the loading time of shots into the rotating conveyor of the automatic loading machine of the T-72 tank, as well as to release the driver from the process of loading shots and increase the protection of crew members from enemy fire weapons, is to use the proposed device for loading shots into the rotating conveyor of the autoloader.

 The problem solved by the invention is to reduce the loading time of shots into the rotating conveyor of the loading machine through the loading window of shots on the starboard side of the tank and freeing the driver from the loading process by reducing the algorithm for loading shots into the rotating conveyor AZ.

 This problem is solved by the additional shot loading window on the starboard side of the tank between the third and fourth track rollers at the level of cassette placement in the rotating conveyor and installing a guide tray for it during loading of shots into the rotating conveyor.

 The invention is illustrated in FIG. 13.

In FIG. 1-3 shows:
1 - rotating conveyor;
2 - cassette;
3 - starboard side of the tank;
4 - a directing tray;
5 - balancer;
6 - cover loading shots window;
7 - shot loading window.

 Rotating conveyor (1) - for placing shots and feeding them to the dispensing window.

 Cassette (2) - for placing a shot of any type.

 Guide tray (4) - for feeding the projectile and charge into the cartridge when loading shots into the rotating conveyor.

 Cover for the shot loading window (6) - for closing the shot loading window.

 Shot loading window (7) - for loading shots into a rotating conveyor through the starboard side of the tank.

 The operation of the proposed device is as follows. The gunner removes the cover of the shot loading window on the starboard side of the tank and installs a guide tray in its place. After that, he takes eleven shots with high-explosive shells, seven shots with armor-piercing-projectile shells and four shots with cumulative shells (1) from the boxes for loading into the rotating conveyor of the automatic loader.

 When loading shots into a rotating conveyor, the gunner puts in the cassette through the guide tray first, the projectile, and then the charge. After the gunner puts each shot (projectile and charge) into the cassette of the rotating conveyor of the automatic loader, the tank commander opens the lid of the storage device and presses fully the button for selecting the type of projectile corresponding to the shot put into the cassette.

 Implementation of the proposed technical solution will reduce the loading time of shots into the rotating conveyor of the loading automatic machine, increase the security of crew members during loading of shots into the tank and free the driver from the loading process. This, in turn, will increase the combat readiness of tank units.
