The technical result of the claimed utility model is to increase the ease of use of a set of cutlery and, at the same time, ease of production using existing production facilities. Description

The utility model relates to combined cutlery for meals and can be used at home, in public catering establishments and on camping trips.

A combined set of cutlery is known (US patent for the invention No. US 1367649, published 02/08/1921), containing a fork and a spoon, each of which is equipped with a handle, and a device connection mechanism.

The disadvantage of the known solution is the inconvenience of using cutlery, since the mechanism for connecting the cutlery is located in the upper part of the handles of the fork and spoon and, when using one of the cutlery, the second cutlery will interfere with the user.

The closest technical solution, chosen as a prototype, is a combined cutlery (patent for invention No. RU 2683965, published on 04/03/2019), which contains a handle connected to the working part with a bowl-shaped container or teeth, characterized in that it is equipped with an additional working a part with an additional bowl-shaped container or additional teeth and a latch, the working part and the additional working part are made coaxial and mated, while the outer surface of the working part corresponds to the inner surface of the additional working part, made with the possibility of rotation around the working part and fixing in a given position.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the complexity of manufacturing combined cutlery, the inconvenience and impracticality of use due to the presence of removable parts.

The technical result of the claimed utility model is to improve the ease of use of a set of cutlery.

To achieve this technical result, a combined cutlery is proposed, consisting of a fork and a spoon, the handles of which are interconnected, and the handles of the fork and spoon are interconnected by at least one standard threaded fastener, and the handle of one of the devices has limiters for the movement of the handle of the second device, and the connection point of the fork and spoon handles is made at an arbitrary point of the handles, located in the interval from the middle of the handles to their free end.

Tourist cutlery set can be made in the following versions: fork on top, spoon on the bottom or spoon on top, fork on the bottom. The cutlery is connected to each other with standard threaded fasteners, using a fastener that can be unscrewed and screwed on its own without the use of special tools. The handles are connected at an arbitrary point of the handles located in the interval from the middle of the handles to their free end. Connecting the handles at any point above the middle will not allow the device to be used for its intended purpose, will cause difficulties with its unfolding at 180°C. One of the devices, in particular the device located below, has limiters along the edges of the handle, which are necessary for the stable position of the devices, both in the initial position and during use.

In the preferred embodiment of the utility model, the handle of the device located below is equipped with limiters located near the free end of the handle.

In a particular case of the utility model, the handle of the device located below can be equipped with limiters in two places, namely on both sides of the junction of the handles.

The essence of the utility model is illustrated by sketches. A special case of the combined cutlery is a fork 1 and a spoon 2 connected to each other in the joint 5 with a screw and nut, the joint 5 is located on the handles 3 and 4 at any point in the interval from the middle of the handles 3 and 4 to their free end. On the handle 4 along the edges there are limiters 6.

The combination cutlery is used as follows. The user takes the combination cutlery and unscrews the nut with the screw so that the cutlery located on top can be lifted and rotates said cutlery 180 degrees. Having lowered the upper device, the user twists the fastening element so that the cutlery set becomes stable, thus forming a device with a fork on one side and a spoon on the other. After using the cutlery, the user unscrews the fastening connection so that the appliance located above can be lifted and rotates said appliance through 180° to return the cutlery to its original position. By twisting the fastening connection so that the set is in a stable position, the user can remove the cutlery. At the same time, the limiters give additional rigidity to the structure and prevent spontaneous unwinding of the nut with the screw.

The claimed combination of features will ensure the achievement of the claimed technical result as follows. When using a tourist cutlery set, the user can use any cutlery from the set. Due to the fact that the cutlery is connected by a simple threaded connection to the fastening element and on the handle of the device located below, there are limiters along the edges, when using one of the cutlery, the second device does not interfere with the user, since it is well fixed with the help of the fastener and limiters prevent an unused appliance from moving left or right. In addition, this set of cutlery is easy to manufacture and does not require significant restructuring of existing production facilities for the production of cutlery.

Technical solutions coinciding with the set of essential features of the claimed utility model have not been identified, which allows us to conclude that the claimed utility model complies with the patentability condition "novelty".

Combined cutlery, consisting of a fork and a spoon, the handles of which are interconnected, characterized in that the handles of the fork and spoon are interconnected by at least one standard threaded fastener, and the handle of one of the devices has limiters for the movement of the handle of the second device , while the connection point of the fork and spoon handles is made at an arbitrary point of the handles, located in the interval from the middle of the handles to their free end. 2. Combination cutlery according to claim. 1, characterized in that the limiters are located near the free end of the handle. 3. Combined cutlery according to claim 1, characterized in that the limiters are located on both sides of the junction of the handles.
