Description

 The invention relates to biotechnology and medicine, namely to acupuncture reflexology, and can be used in the production (using the Antarctic microorganism - producer) and the use of a unique non-contact agent for acupuncture therapy, in particular clinical acupuncture analgesia and acupressure non-contact massage of reflexogenic zones.

 It is known that acupuncture reflexology is an ancient method whose roots go back to the Stone Age. The ancient medicine of India and China, Tibet and Mongolia has accumulated a wealth of experience in treating many diseases using the therapeutic effect on acupuncture points, otherwise called biologically active points (BAP).

 There are many ways of influencing these points and reflexogenic zones of the skin surface: acupuncture, cauterization, their combination, acupressure, acupuncture of drugs, acupuncture using hammers with bundles of needles, aeroionic massage, pain-relieving agents that work in close contact with the skin, electrical effects of electrical , magnetic fields, laser beam.

 New discovered beneficial properties of strain 1-365 and its products, i.e. The MELAN effect described above was not previously known and is not described in the literature.

 Advantages and technical effect of the invention consist in identifying unique means of influencing BAP and reflexogenic zones with new properties, namely, in the use of melanin-containing products, Astronella and Astromelanin preparations produced by the mutant strain 1-365 of the Antarctic black yeast Nadsoniella nigra var. hesuelica as a means to influence the BAP, moreover, in general, in detecting the existence of natural objects with this kind of distance activity, called the MELAN effect.

 It is known that microbial melanins in general, and Nadsoniella nigra var. hesuelica in particular is an outstanding group of a substance in terms of spectrum and activity level (Lyakh S.P., Ruban E.L. Microbial melaninogenesis and its functions. - M .: Science, 1981), but even they had no reason to believe the presence of the detected activity, although the Antarctic origin of strain 1-365 (it was obtained as a pigment mutant of strain 365 under the action of X-ray radiation 250 crad - Nadsoniella nigra var. Hesuelica) did not give it only highly resistant to adverse environmental conditions of its source homeland in their extreme expression, but also a great potential for active resistance to the effects of many other life-threatening factors, and a significant part of the resistance of the strain cells can be reliably associated with the existence of black pigment melanin in their cell walls at the border with the outside world (Lyakh S.P.  It is known that Antarctic microflora, placed in extreme environmental conditions, has developed unique mechanisms and substances that ensure their survival and active life in such a harsh habitat as Antarctica (Lyakh S.P. Biomass grown on such filters can be used in two ways. Filters with culture, taken from Petri dishes or other devices, are folded in several layers, rolled up in a tube and placed in test tubes of the appropriate size, sterilized and sealed. This form of the drug is very convenient for massage of vast painful spots and reflexogenic zones. In another case, the culture is washed off the filters and then treated as a liquid culture: separated by centrifugation, washed, sterilized and dried (or first dried, then sterilized) and used in the form of dried biomass, enclosed in glass or plastic bottles, pharmaceutical tubes, ampoules, etc. P.  It should be emphasized that the mutant Antarctic strain 1-365 black yeast Nadsoniella nigra var. hesuelica is an unlimited and relatively easily reproducible biotechnologically source of melanin-containing agents for influencing BAT and reflexogenic zones - the Astronella and Astromelanin preparations.

 Working with strain culture and with drugs is safe for staff. The absence of toxicity of biomass and melanin of strain 1-365 was proved on the test object of the Tetrachimen periformis infusoria and in mice, as well as on one of the authors - S.P. Lyakh.

 Thus, from comparison with known means of the same purpose, namely with means acting on acupuncture points of BAP and reflexogenic zones, the first of which appeared at least in the third millennium BC. and were natural and very easy to use, it follows that the Astronella and Astromelanin preparations, which appeared at the threshold of the third millennium AD, also represent natural and very easy-to-use means of now contactless exposure to these zones and points intended for a new branch of acupuncture therapy - melanotherapy, and their natural source is a mutant producer strain 1-365 of the Antarctic black yeast Nadsoniella nigra var. hesuelica has no natural prototypes, since neither the creature nor the substances acting in the discovered way, i.e. MELAN effect, not known and not described in literature.
