Технический результат достигается тем, что раствор душистых веществ для парфюмерно-косметической продукции, содержащий спирт этиловый крепостью 93-99,8 об.% и душистое вещество, дополнительно содержит денатурирующую добавку, обладающую свойством фиксации запаха, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас. %: душистое вещество 0,1-1,0; денатурирующая добавка, обладающая свойством фиксации запаха 0,01-0,5; спирт этиловый крепостью 93-99,8 об.% остальное, при этом в качестве душистого вещества он содержит натуральное эфирное масло или синтетическое душистое вещество или их смеси, а в качестве денатурирующей добавки - диэтилфталат.
