Description

 The invention relates to medicine, namely to the field of creating medicines from plant materials for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

 Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic disease of the connective tissue, manifested mainly by chronic progressive inflammation of the joints.

 The disease is manifested by persistent arthritis (usually polyarthritis) with early preferred metacarpophalangeal, proximal interphalangeal and metatarsophalangeal joints. In principle, almost all peripheral joints can be affected. Sometimes rheumatoid arthritis begins and for a long time can manifest itself as monoarthritis of a large, more often knee joint.

 Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis usually includes a set of anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin, indomethacin, brufen, voltaren, etc.

 Corticosteroids and immunosuppressants are also used. The treatment is almost always long, hence all the manifestations of side effects of the used pharmacological agents obtained chemically.
