Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine and medical equipment and can be used to treat cardiovascular diseases.
[1]. A known method of auxiliary blood circulation of the lower extremities by applying a tourniquet and multi-section cuffs to them, filling them with air and creating a pressure wave [1].
However, the disadvantage of this method is the low efficiency of arterial and venous blood flow due to the deposition of blood in the peripheral regions of the limb.
[1]. A device for increasing blood circulation, containing multi-section cuffs with a source of compressed air [1].
However, this device for the movement of a pressure wave in the distal direction does not provide an increase in arterial blood flow and does not exclude the deposition of blood in the peripheral parts of the limb.
The purpose of the invention is the increase in arterial and venous blood flow by eliminating the deposition of blood in the peripheral regions of the limb when the pressure wave moves in the distal direction.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of auxiliary blood circulation and a device for its implementation, a non-stretch fabric stocking is put directly on the limb under the cuffs, then compressed air under a pressure of 130-150 mm Hg is successively supplied to each section of the cuff, starting from the proximal, from top to bottom. Art. until the last section is filled, and when filling each subsequent section, the pressure in the previous section is dumped to 10 - 0 mm Hg, then the pressure in the last section is dumped to 50 - 40 mm Hg, then the process is repeated in the reverse order, accordingly, from the distal to the proximal limb, from bottom to top, with a duration of a cycle of increasing pressure of each section from top to

The operation of the device is as follows.
On a limb 17 put on a fabric stocking 8, adjust it using lacing 3 and zipper 4 (figure 2). Cuffs 1 - 6 are connected to a compressed air source — pneumocompression apparatus 13 and electrical wiring 11. Then the pneumocompression apparatus 13 is turned on. Compressed air from compressor 16 is supplied to electro-pneumatic valves 10, which, according to the program of the electro-pneumatic valves 12 control unit, supply compressed air to section 1 - 6 pneumatic cuffs.
Filling sections of the pneumatic cuff with compressed air occurs sequentially, starting with the proximal section, i.e. closest to the body. Compressed air is supplied to the proximal sections 6 to 5 at a pressure of 130 to 150 mm Hg. within 5 - 20 s, after which simultaneously release the air pressure of 10 - 0 mm Hg in the previous section 6 and fill the
