Abstract
Description
The invention relates to magnesium fertilizers from waste refractory production, namely from acoustic magnesite powder obtained in the production of sintered periclase powder, which can be used as fertilizer and ameliorant.
C 05 D 5/00, 1984). Known fertilizer used in the processing of salt waste from magnesium production, containing,%: potassium chloride 65-75; magnesium chloride 5-8; magnesium oxide 1-5; chloride of sodium, calcium and impurities of other metals - the rest (ed. St. USSR N 1114670, class C 05
C 05 D 5/00, 1990). The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed one is granular potassium-magnesium fertilizer containing,%: potassium chloride 45-75; magnesium chloride 4.5-15.0; magnesium oxide 1.5 -15.0, impurities - the rest (ed. St. N 1545454, class C 05
The disadvantages of these fertilizers are the low content of magnesium oxide and the presence of chlorine in the fertilizers, which leads to a decrease in crop quality, as well as the limited use of these fertilizers in protected soil due to the high chlorine content, which leads to rapid salinization of the soil.
Magnesite powder is characterized by the following composition, wt.%:
Macronutrients MgO - At least 75
Macronutrients CaO - No more than 15
Macronutrients K 2 O + Na 2 O - Not more than 3
Trace elements Cu, Zn, Co, Mn - Not more than 0.3
The technical result consists in increasing the agrochemical properties of the soil, increasing productivity and recycling waste refractory production.
The problem is solved in that magnesite powder is used as magnesium fertilizer and ameliorant. Maguds magnesite powder was tested during the cultivation of potatoes, beets, barley, and cabbage. One field and three vegetation experiments were laid.
Field experiment was carried out in a training experimental farm of the Perm Agricultural Academy on sod-podzolic heavy loamy soil. The object of study was selected potato - a variety of "Nevsky". The experience was laid on an area of 1302 m 2 , the total area of the plot - 21 m 2 , accounting - 10.1 2 . Repeat 8-fold. Planting was carried out in May 1995. The following fertilizers were applied: compound fertilizer - NPK nitroammofoskamide (N: P 2 O 5 : K 2 O - 15:15:15), including nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium at 120 kg / ha and magnesite powder "Magud" in an amount of 30-120 kg / ha.
1. The results of applying Magood powder (MgO) to potato crops are given in Table 1.
MgO. With increasing doses of MgO, the amount of vitamin C increases from 7.2 to 13.6 mg / 100 g and did not significantly affect starch. The amount of nitrates did not exceed MDC. The optimal dose is 30 kg / ha of magnesite MgO powder.
When using different doses of Magood powder (MgO) (from 30 to 120 kg / ha), the increase was 15.8-129.5 kg / ha or 5.4-44.3%. The maximum yield of 421.8 c / ha was obtained in the third embodiment when MgO was added at a dose of 30 kg / ha, a further increase in the dose led to a decrease in yield.
3. The results of applying the powder (MgO) on the crop structure of potatoes and the yield of marketable products are presented in table. 2; the effect of MgO on the content of starch and vitamin C in potato tubers is given in table. 3.
2. NPK
3. NPK + MgO 0,5 Нг
4. NPK + MgO 1,0 Нг
5. NPK + MgO 1,5 Нг
6. MgO 1,0 Нг
7. NPK + CaO 1,0 Нг
8. CaO 1,0 Нг
To study the possibility of using MgO as an ameliorant, three vegetative experiments were put in enameled vessels of Mitcherlich according to the following scheme:
1. Without fertilizers (control)
2. NPK
3. NPK + MgO 0.5 Ng
4. NPK + MgO 1.0 Ng
5. NPK + MgO 1.5 Ng
6. MgO 1.0 Ng
7. NPK + CaO 1.0 Ng
8. CaO 1.0 Ng
9. NPK + MgO 0.5 Ng + CaO 0.5 Ng
The experiments were carried out on sod-fine podzolic heavy loamy soil with a humus content of 2.1%, pH 4.9, hydrolytic acidity of 5.5 mEq / 100 g of soil.
Mineral fertilizers were applied at 0.3 g per 1 kg of absolutely dry soil. Doses of MgO (magnesite powder) CaO were calculated by hydrolytic acidity (Ng): (0.5; 1.0; 1.5). The mass of dry soil is 5 kg in a vessel. Studies were carried out on three crops: cabbage (variety "Gift"), table beets ("Bordeaux") and barley ("Roland").
4. The change in the agrochemical properties of sod-podzolic heavy loamy soil is given in Table 4.
The data obtained indicate that the use of "Maguda" as an ameliorant had a significant impact on the physicochemical properties of the soil. There was a decrease in acidity. The introduction of the powder at full hydrolytic acidity shifts the pH by 0.7-1.7 units, and CaO - by 0.4-1.2. The shift of the reaction occurs in natural conditions after 3-4 weeks.
5. The effect of magnesite powder "Magood" on the productivity of barley, cabbage, beets are presented in table. 5.
NPK. The table shows that with an increase in the dose of ameliorant powder, the productivity of cabbage and beets increases, since they are more demanding on the reaction of the soil environment. On beetroot, the maximum increase was obtained by adding powder at a total hydrolytic acidity of 185.4 g / vessel, on cabbage - 227.2 g / vessel with a half dose of ameliorant. In barley, the maximum yield increase was obtained by applying CaO and MgO of 0.5 Hr against the background of NPK.
On the basis of field and vegetation experiments, it follows that the use of Magood magnesite powder as a fertilizer increases the yield of potatoes by 44.3%, cabbage by 22.2%, beets by 77.5%, and barley by 23.6%. The use of Magouda as a chemical reclamant even in half the dose provides a pH shift of 0.7 units. Under crops that are more demanding on the reaction of the soil medium, a full dose is introduced.
