Abstract
Description
The invention relates to preparations for processing fruit and berry crops, citrus fruits and vines against wintering stages of pests, scale insects, mealybugs, aphids, ticks, torpor and other sucking and leaf-eating pests. The known composition of the oil-oil concentrated emulsion TU 113-04-183-85, agreed with the chairman of the State Commission for Chemical Pest and Weed Control under the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR, June 19, 1985 approved by the deputy. Head of Soyuzkhimzashchita. Composition containing oils, surfactants, water in the following proportions:
Petroleum oils - 76 ± 2
Water - 21 ± 2
Surfactant - 4.5-7.5
However, this composition has a number of disadvantages. The use of petroleum oils or petroleum products of complex, indefinite composition in various proportions that allow the presence of concertogenic impurities: indefinite hydrocarbons that make the composition toxic, increase phytocidality. The composition is poorly biodegradable, contributes to the appearance of heavy films that exclude contact of plants with the atmosphere. This leads to a limited number of treatments: only 1 time every three years at a maximum rate of 400 g / l and no more than two treatments while lowering the norm to 200 g. The technical task of this invention is to increase biodegradability while reducing toxicity and phytocidality, reducing the thickness of hydrocarbon films after processing. The stated technical problem is achieved due to the fact that the known composition containing hydrocarbon mass, surfactant and water additionally contains CMC and iron hydroxide, while the hydrocarbon mass contains normal paraffins of the C11-C18 fraction, and the surfactant combination is a surfactant, consisting of neonol, alkyl sulfates, OP7 and OP10, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Normal paraffins of fraction C11-C18 - 72-76
The combination of surfactants, consisting of neonol, alkyl sulfates, OP7 and OP10 (100%) - 3.5-4
CMC - 0.1-0.2
Iron hydroxide - 0.005-0.02
Water - up to 100
Normal paraffins have a specific fraction of C11-C18. Below C11 - the transition to the gasoline fraction, the microfilm does not inhibit insects, above C18 - a thicker film disrupts the respiratory process of plants. Their use in the composition of 72-76% gives the most economical and stable emulsion. The constancy of the fraction ensures the absence of concertogenic impurities. Strictly fractionated hydrocarbon feeds of normal paraffins are obtained at Parex cytolithic plants. The use of surfactants implies a combination of them, since the use of only one type of surfactant does not achieve a constant composition. The use of surfactants in the composition of less than 3.5% leads to the destruction of the emulsion, the use of more than 4% enhances its effect, but is uneconomical. The use of CMC helps to maintain the balance of the electric forces of the emulsion. The use of iron hydroxide helps to stabilize the emulsion and introduces trace elements. Iron hydroxide (an amorphous structure allows you to combine organics with water and at the same time works as a trace element in iron salts.
The composition is prepared taking into account the components listed in the table.
The components are added in the order in which they are written in the table until a white emulsion (consistency of thick cream) is obtained. Viscosity increases as the amount of surfactant increases.
The emulsion is used as follows: the working fluid is prepared by gradually adding warm water to the preparation with continuous stirring until a homogeneous emulsion is obtained - 400 grams per 10 liters of water. Spraying is carried out on a cone in the spring before buds open, or in autumn after the leaves fall. The second, third and fourth time spraying is carried out in the summer at the rate of 200-250 g per 10 liters of water. The drug has been tested at the Crimean Research Institute of Health and Safety. A comprehensive assessment of the emulsion was carried out on a plum against acacia false insects, on an apple tree against California insects. In the experiments, the biological effectiveness of the drug against scale insects was determined, and its effect on leaves and fruits and apple trees was studied. In industrial conditions it is used on other crops. The drug was studied in field small plot and production experimental plots. For small-scale field experiment, model trees with approximately the same population of false shields were selected. The treatment was carried out with an ORPG-10 backpack sprayer with a flow rate of 1000 l / ha. Accounting phytocidal action of the drug was carried out in dynamics on 10, 20 and 40 days. The concentration of the emulsion 30 V with its fourfold use corresponds to the consumption rate from 400-1600 g / 10 l. The use of this drug makes it possible to extend the timing of its use, since after a few hours it is biodegradable. Biodegradability of at least 95%. The test results of the proposed emulsion in a production environment showed high biological efficiency. Data on the effectiveness of the 30 V preparation was confirmed by the test report of the Crimean Scientific Research Institute of Plant Protection of Krasnodar Territory dated December 5, 1994.
