Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the textile industry and relates to a combination yarn for high-strength products, in particular protective gloves on knitted machines.
Known reinforced thread for high-strength products, containing a flexible core made of no more than two metal components in the form of copper wires and twisted in two opposite directions with chemical threads (application Germany N 1817235, CL 76 s, 31, 1971). The disadvantage of this thread is that it cannot be used to obtain products on knitted machines. In addition, entwined chemical threads do not provide resistance to sharp objects.
The closest technical solution is a reinforced thread for high-strength products, containing a flexible core made of no more than two metal components in the form of annealed stainless steel wire with a diameter of 0.10-0.15 mm and twisted in two opposite directions with chemical threads made of aramid fibers in the form of yarn of linear density 16.7-1000 tex (USSR patent N 1080748, class D 02 G 3/36, 1984), the core may have one or more aramid threads located parallel to the metal threads.
The disadvantage of this technical solution is that such a core does not sufficiently reinforce the reinforced thread, and the chemical threads encircling the core do not provide hygienic properties to the product obtained from the reinforced thread. In addition, this reinforced thread has a low processing ability on knitted equipment.
The aim of the invention is to increase the processing ability of knitted equipment.
The goal is achieved in that in a combined yarn for high-strength products containing a flexible core made of at least one metal corrosion-resistant wire and at least one aromatic polyamide yarn with a linear density of 29.4-167 tex and twisted in two opposite directions with synthetic yarns , according to the invention, as an aromatic polyamide thread, a thread based on copolyparaphenylene terephthalamide (TU 6-05-5144-86) or based on it in a mixture with an aliphatic polyamide (OS) is used 6-06-S9-83) in an amount of 5-20 wt. the weight of the aromatic copolyamide or based on polybenzimidazole terephthalamide (TU 6-06-326-81), while the aromatic polyamide core thread is twisted with a wire with a diameter of 0.06-0.09 mm with a twist of 60-100 cr / m.
When spinning synthetic yarns, copolyparaphenylene terephthalamide, polyamidobenzimidazole terephthalamide or polyester yarn with a linear density of 25-58.8 tex is used for spinning in one direction. As wrapping yarns in the other direction, a polyester or aliphatic polyamide yarn is used. The degree of wrapping with these threads is 3-8 turns / cm.
The composite thread contains a flexible core made of at least one corrosion-resistant wire with a diameter of 0.06-0.09 mm, twisted with at least one aromatic polyamide thread of linear density 29.4-167
The resulting combined thread is characterized by a linear density of 250-300 tex, a degree of twist of 3-8 turns / cm, a breaking load of 26-30 kgfs and an elongation of 4.5-5.0%. When processing this thread into products, the percentage of waste is 4.3% in while when processing the yarn according to the prototype - 6.5%
Protective gloves are knitted from a combination thread on a regular knitting machine.
Examples of the combination yarn are shown in the table.
The use of corrosion-resistant wire allows you to increase the resistance of the glove to acidic and alkaline environments.
The use of a thread based on polybenzimidazole terephthalamide or copolyparaphenylene terephthalamide, or a mixture thereof with aliphatic polyamide and a wire of 0.06-0.09 mm, allows to save its weight while maintaining the strength properties of the product, which helps to increase the productivity of workers who use these products.
д. Also, the use of the aforementioned yarn and polyester yarn improves hygienic properties, reduces the stiffness of the combined yarn, gives it elasticity, and this in turn improves the processing ability of the yarn on knitted machines, reduces the amount of waste, etc.
The protective glove from this combined thread has increased elasticity, sufficient strength, low weight, hygiene, and the ability to be processed with detergents.
