Description
Полезная модель относится к текстильной промышленности, в частности к нитям, содержащим стержневую нить, обкрученную металлической, и может быть использована при изготовлении экранирующих трикотажных перчаток и носков для комплектов специальной одежды, предназначенной для защиты от электромагнитных полей радиочастотного диапазона (далее - ЭМП РЧ).The invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to threads containing a core thread wrapped in metal, and can be used in the manufacture of shielding knitted gloves and socks for sets of special clothing designed to protect against electromagnetic fields of the radio frequency range (hereinafter - RF EMF).
Known combination yarn containing a flexible core made of at least one carbon complex yarn of linear density, at least 100 tex, one tinsel yarn of linear density, at least 50 tex, and at least one complex aramid threads arranged in parallel. The core is twisted in two opposite directions by complex aramid threads, the degree of wrapping is at least 10 turns / cm in each direction.
D02G 3/38, 20.03.1999).As the aramid complex yarn of the core and the wrapping yarns, yarns based on polyparabenzimidazole terephthalamide or copolyparabenzimidazole terephthalamide or copolyparaphenylene terephthalamide (RU 2127778 C1, CL D02G 3/38, 03/20/1999) are used.
This combined thread is used in the manufacture of knitted products, for example gloves, used to protect the user from high voltage electric current, but is not intended for the manufacture of gloves and socks that are part of special clothing sets that shield from EMF RF.
Н01В 11/06, 27.03.2006).The closest analogue of the proposed technical solution is a tinsel thread, consisting of a fibrous base made of aramid fiber, wrapped in a round or flattened copper wire coated with tin or silver (RU 52516 U1, class Н01В 11/06, 03/27/2006).
This utility model relates to cable technology and can be used, in particular, in fabrics for special purposes, for the manufacture of electromagnetic shields in the construction of wires and cables.
The disadvantage of this tinsel yarn is that the aramid fiber used as the fibrous base has an elongation at break of 2.7-4.5%, which indicates low elasticity and tensile properties and does not allow the use of tinsel yarns based on it for manufacture of knitted gloves and socks on existing equipment.
31±3%.The elongation at break of a polyamide yarn of linear density 6.7 tex according to GOST 10063-93 is 31 ± 3%.
In addition, aramid fiber threads have a high cost, which makes their use in the manufacture of gloves and socks, subject to wear and frequent replacement, economically impractical.
The technical result of the utility model is the manufacture of tinsel yarns intended for the production of knitted gloves and socks, which provide protection against electromagnetic fields of the radio frequency range as part of shielding kits.
This technical result is achieved in that in a tinsel yarn consisting of a fibrous base wrapped in a silver-plated copper-plated flattened wire, the fibrous base is made of multifilament polyamide filament of a linear density of 6.7 tex with a twist of at least 200 cr / m, and used as the mentioned wire copper silver plated flattened wire with a diameter of not more than 0.08 mm.
24.The number of filaments in the polyamide yarn is 24.
In this case, the mass ratio of multifilament polyamide filament and silver-plated copper flattened wire is from 1: 5 to 1: 9, respectively.
In this case, the linear density of the tinsel yarn is not more than 70 tex.
A distinctive feature of the proposed technical solution is that the use of a multifilament polyamide (PA) filament with a linear density of 6.7 tex with a twist of at least 200 cr / m and a silver-plated copper-plated fiber with a diameter of not more than 0.08 mm when their mass ratio is used as a fibrous base from 1: 5 to 1: 9 allows you to get a tinsel thread with a linear density of not more than 70 tex, which makes it possible to effectively use it in the manufacture of knitted gloves and socks as part of a shielding clothing set, designed protection against EMF RF.
The use of polyamide multicomponent (f = 24) yarn with a linear density of 6.7 tex allows us to improve the tactile properties of the tinsel yarn and to obtain an elastic tinsel yarn of small diameter, which is necessary for knitting gloves on a glove machine of 13-15 classes and socks on class 15 round-handed machines.
The use of flattened copper wire allows you to more densely cover the surface of the polyamide yarn, which improves the electrically conductive properties of tinsel threads, and also reduces their diameter.
The electrical resistivity of silver (0.015 Om⋅mm 2 / m) is lower than that of copper (0.018 Om⋅mm 2 / m), so the resistance tinsel strands, coated with silver to be smaller, which further increases the shielding factor knitted gloves and socks from electromagnetic radiation .
It has been established experimentally that the use of other chemical and metal threads with other technical characteristics and in other mass ratios than the stated ones as the core and braid does not allow obtaining tinsel thread suitable for the manufacture of shielding knitted gloves and socks with high performance properties.
2112-79.In the manufacture of tinsel yarn, a polyamide thread of linear density 6.7 tex, multifilament (24 filaments) with a twist of at least 200 cr / m in accordance with GOST 10063-93 and copper wire with a diameter of not more than 0.08 mm in accordance with GOST 2112-79 were used.
To obtain a flat section, the copper wire is flattened by drawing. When applying a thin layer of silver, the galvanic method is used: the wire is passed through an electrolyte saturated with silver. The silver content is 5% (about 3 microns of silver on the surface of the wire).
The thread is made on a tinsel machine, usually used in the manufacture of tinsel threads.
The experimental samples of the proposed tinsel yarn were made according to the technical conditions (TU 14.12.30-004-00302178-2017), developed by specialists of JSC "IPPC TLP".
Technical characteristics and test results of experimental samples of tinsel yarn are presented in the table.
Полученные мишурные нити были использованы при изготовлении трикотажных перчаток и носков для экранирующих комплектов специальной одежды по ГОСТ 12.4.305-2016, коэффициент экранирования от ЭМП РЧ составил 32,8 дБ (по ГОСТ - не менее 30 дБ).The obtained tinsel threads were used in the manufacture of knitted gloves and socks for shielding sets of special clothes in accordance with GOST 12.4.305-2016, the shielding coefficient from RF EMF was 32.8 dB (according to GOST - not less than 30 dB).
The inventive tinsel thread can be manufactured industrially in the conditions of factory production, using existing equipment, materials and technology.
