Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of powder metallurgy, in particular to radio-absorbing low-frequency materials that can be used for cladding walls of shielded rooms in order to reduce the re-reflection of electromagnetic waves inside the room, especially undesirable at the resonant frequencies of this room.
Nickel-Zinc Ferrite Powder 50-60

The closest technical solution to the invention is a ferrite absorbing material [2] based on nickel and zinc ferrite, containing, mol.

Cobalt oxide 0.3-1.5;
Iron Oxide Else
Known ferrite material does not provide a high absorption capacity of an electromagnetic wave in the frequency range from 30 to 1200 MHz.
The problem solved by the invention, to obtain ferrite material (when sticking it on a metal), providing an absorption coefficient of the electromagnetic field of 10 dB in the frequency range from 30 to 1200 MHz.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the absorbing ferrite material contains oxides of Nickel, zinc, cobalt and iron in the following ratio, wt.
Оксид никеля 8,5-10;
Оксид цинка 21-25;
Оксид кобальта 0,5-1;
Оксид железа Остальное.Nickel oxide 8.5-10;
Zinc oxide 21-25;
Cobalt oxide 0.5-1;
Iron oxide The rest.
The invention is as follows. The oxides of Nickel, cobalt, zinc and iron are mixed according to the claimed ratio. The resulting mixture is heated to a temperature of 1300 o C and maintained at this temperature for 3 hours. After firing, the mixture is grinded and, after the addition of a binder, parts of size 70x70x7.5 mm are pressed. Next, the details are subjected to heat treatment. Burnt parts are ground to a size of 60x60x6.5 mm. The resulting ferrite material (when sticking it on a metal) provides an electromagnetic field absorption coefficient of more than 10 dB in the frequency range from 30 to 1200 MHz.
Using this material to cover the inner surface of shielded rooms can significantly reduce the internal re-emission of the electromagnetic field in the specified frequency range and, most importantly, at the natural (resonant) frequencies of this room, since if the working frequency of the electromagnetic field source working in the shielded room coincides ( for example, a computer) and the resonant frequency of a given room, its electromagnetic immunity drops sharply. In addition, there is an increasing health hazard in this room.
