Description

 The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods for treating skin papillomas, and can be used in practical healthcare of the surgical and oncological fields.

 Currently, there is a known method of treating skin papillomas by lubricating the papillomas with a plant preparation "Vivaton", which leads to a complete resorption of papillomas on the leg. The method adopted for the prototype.

 The aim of the invention is the treatment of papillomas and on a broad basis.

 This goal is achieved by the fact that surgical needles are brought under the papilloma base within healthy skin tissues, then a ligature is brought between healthy skin and the protruding parts of the needles, it is tied and left until the papilloma is naturally rejected.

 The method is illustrated by the following examples.

 Example 1. Patient Sokolova N.V. 40 years old, medical history N 92/17745, with a diagnosis of facial papilloma. Papilloma was a formation of dimensions 0.5x0.5 cm, rounded in shape, rising above the skin level by 0.3 cm, without signs of leg formation. 02/23/93 the patient made ligation of papillomas as follows. Under the base of the papilloma, 1 surgical needle is brought under which the papilloma is ligated with silk ligature. After 7 days, papilloma rejection occurred. There is no noticeable scar on the skin after papilloma rejection.

 Example 2. Patient Gromovich N. N., 45 years old, medical history N 90/13826, diagnosis: papilloma of the skin of the frontal region. Papilloma 0.5 × 0.5 cm in size, rising above the skin level by 0.5 cm, without signs of leg formation. 02/08/93 produced ligation of papillomas as follows. Under the base of the papilloma, 2 surgical needles have been let down, under the protruding edges of which the papilloma is ligated with silk ligature. Papilloma rejection occurred on the 8th day without the formation of a noticeable skin scar.

 Example 3. Patient Kholodkova T.M. 59 years old, medical history N 94/7677, diagnosis: papillomatosis of the skin. On the skin of the face (frontal region, left cheek, chin of the sternum region, there were 4 papillomas on a wide base, sizes up to 0.5x0.5 cm, 0.5 cm above the skin level. 04.04.94 one-stage, stage-by-stage ligation of 4 papillomas with by putting 2 surgical needles under their base and subsequent dressing with silk ligature, papillomas were rejected on the 7th day of 10th without the formation of a noticeable skin scar.

 The claimed method treated 126 patients, 101 of whom had papilloma with a broad base. There were no complications from treatment. Recovery occurred in 100% of patients. no recurrence of the disease was noted.

 A method of treating skin papillomas, characterized in that surgical needles are brought under the base of the papilloma within healthy skin tissues, then a ligature is brought between the healthy skin and the parts of the needles protruding above the skin, it is tied and left until the papilloma is naturally rejected.
