Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for determining the functional state of a biological object using the registration of bioelectric signals of the body or its parts.
Diagnostic methods are known, which include recording the parameters of bioelectric activity, which allows, in comparison with the available model parameters, to determine its state and evaluate the development of a particular pathology [1] However, in this case, the researchers note the insufficient accuracy of the conclusions, that is, diagnosis, which allows us to consider these methods are very approximate. Moreover, in the early stages of the development of one or another anomaly, these methods cannot give an objective assessment of the functional state, the same is true when determining positive shifts when this anomaly is affected.
More accurately, diagnostics can be carried out according to the method of Kirlian S.D. and Kirlian V.Kh. in which the luminescence of the cutaneous space in a high-frequency electromagnetic field of high tension allows us to judge changes in the functional state at a time when traditional registrations do not show this. However, the distribution of this method is difficult, since the physical and mental activity of the object significantly affects the registration accuracy, fixing the complex characteristics in this way does not give the necessary accuracy, while the equipment for carrying out this method is highly specific and complex [2]
Closest to the claimed one is a diagnostic method, including the simultaneous registration of bioelectrical activity parameters of at least one biologically active point and a cardiogram [3] This allows for cross-analysis to identify correlation between the recorded parameters and when comparing them with model characteristics to identify one or another anomaly.
However, since the analysis of the recorded parameters occurs at their average values, i.e., the actual measured values are smoothed, the accuracy of this method is not large enough and simple.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and simplify the implementation of the proposed method while maintaining its versatility.
This goal is achieved by the fact that at the time of the appearance of at least one tooth in the cardiogram cardiac cycle, the phase value of the signal of bioelectrical activity is recorded and, comparing the absolute value of this value with the given parameters, one judges the norm or degree of impairment of the functional state.
And also by the fact that at the moment of phase registration, the amplitude of the bioelectrical activity is recorded and, in comparison with the set amplitude, the level of the degree of impairment of the functional state is corrected, as well as the spectrum of the signal of bioelectrical activity is determined in the systolic interval and, based on the comparison with the specified spectral parameters, the degree of functional impairment.
Analysis of patent and scientific and technical literature showed that the claimed combination is not known, that is, it meets the condition of patentability "novelty."
And since the method is implemented by known operations, the proposed meets the condition of "industrial applicability".
Since the delivered technical result is being realized, moreover, by the method obtained on the basis of numerous experiments and clearly not obvious to the average level of specialists, the proposed one meets the condition of "inventive step".
The method is implemented as follows: for an object, on the basis of known sources of information for the alleged pathology, a set of biologically active points is determined by which this pathology is most optimally determined. The bioelectric parameters were determined by devices of the "Zone" and "Mingograf" type, also analyzers of the "Biostator" type and the necessary instruments for the analysis of electrical signals from Bruhl & Kjерr (Denmark) were used. The phase value of the bioelectrical activity signal of a biologically active point was recorded simultaneously with the cardiogram signal, after which, by linking to one tooth, for example, an R-wave, the signal phase value from the biologically active point was determined and comparing this value with a predetermined one, i.e., a reference one for this pathology and the object, determined the degree of violation of the functional state or its norm. Further, to refine this estimate, the amplitude of the signal of bioelectric activity was recorded and its value was also compared with a reference or a predetermined one. And for a more accurate forecast, we determined the spectrum of this signal and compared it with a reference or a given one. It should be noted that the selected tooth in the cardiogram actually plays the role of a clock pulse, the reference point, and when registering, it is important to adhere to a specific selected tooth or group of teeth, averaging the initial parameters for comparison, which makes the method more accurate. Based on long-term studies, model characteristics were obtained for a number of pathologies.
It should be noted that the mentioned bioelectric processes are low-frequency, i.e. they are characterized by a spectrum, the main part of which is located in the range of 0-50 Hz, then it makes no sense to consider the spectral characteristics, thus, recording processes and their analysis is not difficult.
Examples of specific implementations of the method.
For diagnostic registrations, the points were Qing-ling (1), Yin-ling-quan (2), Gun-sun (3), Fu-tse (4). Research was conducted on a sugar sample. In case (1), the glucose concentration was 200, 249, and 355 mg, which was characterized by an increase in the phase from 45 to 70 degrees, the amplitude by four times, and the maximum spectral characteristics shifted by 8 Hz toward higher frequencies. It should be borne in mind that when processing the mentioned indicators using methods of mathematical statistics, there is a statistical dispersion of parameters within 15-20 and this is a rather low indicator when obtaining reliable data. In case (2), during the glucose tolerance test (75 g glucose), the phase magnitude increased from 40 to 60 degrees and then decreased to 43. The maximum frequency response shifted toward higher frequencies by 5 Hz and then returned almost back, the amplitude increased by 4 -5 times, after which it decreased 6-7 times. Similar data were observed in cases (3) - (4), but the results were an order of magnitude more weakly expressed, since these points were taken for comparison and the conclusion that only the points characterizing the pathology under consideration are necessary for diagnosis, in this case diabetes. It should also be noted that the method allows you to effectively solve the problems of predicting the development of pathology, which follows from (2), since the corresponding values of the parameters recorded during the previous examination can be taken as reference values. In this case, this will allow not only to trace the change in pathology, but also makes it possible to adjust the medicinal and physiotherapeutic procedures.
The claimed diagnostic method allows you to effectively analyze the functional state, with high accuracy to clarify the direction of its change and to regulate the external medical and physiotherapeutic effects.
