Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the treatment of internal organs.
Lime method of duodial sounding / copyright certificate 1438722 from 04/21/87 / which consists in the fact that the patient in a prone position in the lumen of the duodenum through a probe is slowly injected warmed up to 35
40 o C oxygen. The method allows to obtain bile free from chemical impurities. The main disadvantage is that this method does not completely remove toxic substances from the liver and bile ducts, and they again enter the body by absorption.
A known method of blind sounding / Big medical encyclopedia, t. 21, p. 475, 1984 /, which consists in the ingestion of a choleretic agent, warming up the area of the liver and gall bladder. The method serves to prevent congestion in the liver and gall bladder, however, toxic substances located in the liver and bile ducts are not completely excreted from the body / prototype /.
The inventive step is achieved by the fact that the method of treating cholestasis, which consists in ingesting a choleretic agent, warming up the liver and gall bladder, is supplemented by the fact that 30-40 minutes after taking the choleretic agent, enterosorbent is orally administered in an amount of 0.2 0.25 g / kg body weight, for example, enterosgel.
24.09.84. The essence of the proposed method lies in the fact that the currently developed enterosorbents with controlled adsorption ability to toxic metabolites that accumulate in the body during renal and hepatic insufficiency and infectious and toxic states of various etiologies exhibit properties to accumulate toxic metabolites and normalize the protein composition of the blood. Enterosgel silicon organic gel-like enterosorbent polymethylsiloxane approved by the Ministry of Health of the Ukrainian SSR is widely used; St. N 288124, priority from 09.24.84.
The method is as follows: put the patient on a bed on his right side with half-bent knees, give him drink for half an hour one of the choleretic drugs / 2 cups of a broth of wild rose or corn stigmas, or 1 cup of 25 solution of magnesium sulfate. or 1 2 cups of mineral water, heated to 40 45 o C, etc. /. To enhance bile secretion, a heating pad is placed on the right hypochondrium. After the onset of bile secretion in response to taking a choleretic agent after 30 to 40 minutes, the patient takes 0.10 0.15 g / kg body weight of an enterosorbent, for example enterosgel, which is non-toxic, does not have allergenic properties and does not irritate the upper respiratory tract mucosa esophagus, stomach and intestines. After treatment, the proposed method examines the liver and bile ducts.
Receiving enterosorbent after 30 to 40 minutes due to the fact that an earlier intake inactivates the choleretic agent.
Example 1. Patient A., 38 years old, was admitted to hospital 11.10.91 with a diagnosis of chronic persistent hepatitis, chronic stoneless cholecystitis. An examination with ultrasound showed that the liver was enlarged by 2 cm, stagnant bile with an admixture of inflammatory detritus was found in the gallbladder, the walls of the bladder were thickened. A laboratory examination showed an increase in ALT / alonin aminotransferase / up to 68 U / L, AST / aspartate aminotransferase / up to 52 U / L. 10/13/91. a treatment session was carried out, consisting in the intake of mineral water heated to 40 45 o C, followed by heating of the heating pad of the right hypochondrium, after 30 40 minutes the patient took 15 g of enterosgel. The session was repeated 3 times with a pause of 3 days, after which with ultrasound: the liver was normal in size, the gallbladder was filled with liquid without signs of inflammation, the wall of the bladder was normal thickness, after taking the choleretic agent, the bubble contracted normally. In a laboratory study, ALT decreased to 22 U / L, and AST to 18 U / L. The patient was discharged after 12 days in good condition.
Example 2. Patient B., 28 years old, was admitted to hospital 20.10.91 Diagnosis: chronic cholecystopancreatitis, biliary dyskinesia. Complaints: nausea, general weakness, poor appetite, aching pain in the right hypochondrium and epigastric region. Ultrasound revealed: the liver is increased by 1-1.5 cm, the walls of the gallbladder are thickened, the common bile duct is expanded to 1.5 cm in diameter, congestive bile in the bladder and ducts. The pancreas is increased echogenicity, the head of the pancreas is enlarged, hydrophilic. 2.10.91 a treatment session was carried out, consisting in the intake of mineral water heated to 40 45 o C followed by heating with a heating pad in the right hypochondrium, after 30 40 minutes the patient took 15 g of enterosgel. The session was repeated 3 times with a pause of 3 days, after which with ultrasound: a liver of normal size, the walls of the gallbladder of normal thickness, the common bile duct was not expanded, the head of the pancreas was of normal echogenicity. Laboratory studies showed ALT 25 U / L, AST 22 / L. The patient was discharged on day 13 in good condition.
1. To test the experiment, two groups of patients were formed, 10 people each. The first group carried out the treatment according to the method specified in the prototype, the second according to the proposed method. Research data are presented in table 1.
The results of observations of patients allow us to conclude about the positive effect of the proposed method of treatment compared with the known ones, namely, a reduction in the duration of treatment and an increase in efficiency due to a more complete elimination of toxic substances, as a result of which the functions of the liver and gall bladder and bile ducts are restored, and inflammation is stopped .
