Description of the invention
Hydrodynamic nozzle-turbocavitator for jet cleaning device The invention relates to the field of hydrodynamic and cavitation jet cleaning and devices for its implementation. The prior art. A well-known analogue is RU 2123957 dated 29.03.1999 “Method for underwater hydrodynamic cleaning of ship hulls and a device for its implementation class B 63 V 59/08, 08 V 3/02. The essence of the analogue consists in the device nozzle-cavitator containing the profile of the working channel with a resonant chamber, nozzles of the input confuser and output speaker. However, this device is ineffective due to excessively fast, due to the pressure drop, radial expansion at the outlet of the device’s horn, the working jet, and the movement of cavitation bubbles from the axis to the periphery of the working jet away from the horn, and, accordingly, the irregularity of the cleaning effect. The objective of the invention is to increase the cleaning efficiency. Essence. The essence of the invention is to provide stability to the jet and the distribution of cavitation bubbles due to the longitudinal-axial rotational movement of the jet. The profile of the working channel of the nozzle-turbocavitator consists of an output cone, an output nozzle, a resonance chamber, a confuser and a turbo cylinder with guide ribs creating a rotational effect.
Information confirming the possibility of implementation. Nozzles - turbocavitator operates as follows. The high-pressure jet of the working fluid, passing through the cylinder 1 with the guide ribs 2, acquires a longitudinal-axial rotational movement. From the cylinder 1, the working fluid enters the confuser 3, where its pressure increases due to the converging conical section. Through the inlet nozzle 4, the turbo jet enters the resonant chamber 5, where gas-vapor bubbles appear at the inlet due to the pressure drop. Growing bubbles encounter an increase in pressure in the outlet nozzle 6. Having passed from there to the outlet cone 7, the cavitation bubbles make a series of damped oscillations in the rotating flow of the working fluid, which is more stable in the external environment and preserves the parallel movement of cavitation bubbles for longer, increasing the erosion effect on the surface being cleaned.
