To check the effectiveness of the pulsed action of the aircraft on metals, samples of the following composition were made (tab. 1,2,3).
Methods of preparing the inventive aircraft are as follows.
95/1/4.Example 1. The aircraft are prepared at the rate of 1 kg. Water is added to polyvinyl alcohol in a ratio of 20/80, mixed, heated to a temperature of 75-95 degrees. C and maintained at this temperature for 30-40 minutes to obtain a gel-like mass. After which the mass is cooled to room temperature. RDX up to 100% is added to the resulting mixture with stirring.
The result is a BC with a ratio of components: hexogen / polyvinyl alcohol /
85/7/8.Example 2. The aircraft are prepared at the rate of 1 kg. To the polyvinyl acetate emulsion in the ratio of components polyvinyl acetate / water 53.3 / 46.7, TEN up to 100% is added with stirring
The result is a BC at a ratio of components: TEN / polyvinyl acetate /
The order of preparation of the remaining aircraft, indicated in the tables, is similar to examples 1 and 2. Also, the aircraft were prepared with a prohibitive content of components.
From the above aircraft, proliferated linear charges were made, which were used to determine the thickness of the shared metal plate. The experimental results are given in table. 1, 2 and 3 and are confirmed by the test report attached to this application.
д. It should be noted that the inventive aircraft can be used for pulsed processing of metals, in particular, surface hardening, cutting, etc.
The manufacture of the claimed aircraft does not require sophisticated special equipment and can be carried out in the field. The inventive aircraft should be used immediately after preparation, no later than 24 hours
