Abstract

The channel is smooth-walled and the core is held in the channel due to a rest introduced into the channel and also due to tapered portion of the channel at the lower end of the pencil body. The device for extending the pencil core is actually a separate structure. It has a long needle secured at one end and positioned axially inside a protective tube.  The invention relates to means for writing for children of preschool and school age, and can also be used when performing drawing and artwork.

Known pencil, comprising a tubular body with a shoulder on the inner surface, holding elements, a guide. Moreover, each holding element is made in the form of a leaf spring with a groove mating with the shoulder of the housing, while one end of the spring abuts against the guide, and the other end is made in the form of a clamping tube for the writing rod [1]
The design of the pencil is complex and unreliable when used by children. The pencil is disassembled into parts, the elements of which are broken and lost by children.

A pencil is also known, containing a writing rod and an emphasis for it, installed in the case with a hole narrowed at the outlet, interacting with the opening of the case, characterized in that the emphasis has teeth directed in the direction opposite to the movement of the writing rod, and also a device for extending the writer pencil rod containing a protective tube, to the closed end of which is attached a spoke to interact with the focus of the pencil, while the protective tube is made with two grooves [2]
This solution is the closest to the invention in terms of technical result.

 In the device for extending the writing rod there is an additional spoke for the final ejection of the remnants of the writing rod.

 The presence of an additional spoke complicates the design of the device and work with it.

 The technical result consists in simplifying the pencil and increasing its reliability, including when used by children.

 This goal is achieved in that the emphasis has sharp beveled teeth directed in the direction opposite to the movement of the writing rod.

 In the device for extending the writing rod from the pencil, the protective tube is made with two grooves.

 This result is achieved due to the fact that in a pencil containing a writing rod and an emphasis for it, which interacts with the opening of the housing, the stop has teeth in the direction opposite to the movement of the writing rod.

 In the device for extending the writing rod from a pencil containing a protective tube, to the closed end of which a needle is attached to interact with the focus of the pencil, the protective tube is made with two grooves.

 The pencil contains a housing 1, inside which a through hole 2 is made, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the diameter of the writing rod 3, in the front of the pencil the hole has a narrowing, slightly less than the diameter of the rod, as a result, the writing rod is under a slight interference fit at the narrowing of the hole. Inside the hole 2 is placed a stop 4 for the writing rod, having teeth 5 directed in the direction opposite to the movement of the writing rod 3.

 The device for pushing out the writing rod has a spoke 1 with a diameter slightly smaller than the writing rod, which is placed axially inside the guide and the protective tube 2 with two grooves 3. The spoke and the protective tube are fixed on the base 4.

 The stop 4 with sharp chamfered teeth 5 can pass through the hole 2 of the pencil with little effort, including the narrowed part of the hole, while acting on the stop in the opposite direction, the stop teeth cut into the walls of the hole, as a result of which the stop does not move backward and significant conditions on the writing rod. The incision holes formed as a result of cutting the teeth on the walls during repeated replacement of the writing rod only improve the reliability of the stop.

 The pencil is brought into working condition as follows: the writing rod 3 is inserted from above into the opening 2 of the housing 1, then the stop 4 is inserted and the stopper 4 and the writing rod 3 are advanced with the needle of the rod pushing device. After the writing rod 3 is completely worn out, its remainder, together with the stop 4, is pushed out of the housing, while the pencil completely goes into the tube, so the pencil is pressed through the grooves in the tube. After removing the residue and stop 4 from the housing 1 put a new writing rod 3.

 When using the pencil by children aged 2 to 7 years, the pencil is carried out by adults in working condition.

 Children will not be able to disassemble the pencil and adjust the size of the writing rod 3 without adaptation.

A pencil containing installed in the housing with a hole narrowed at the exit, a writing rod and an emphasis for it, interacting with the opening of the housing, characterized in that the emphasis has teeth directed in the direction opposite to the movement of the writing rod.  2. A device for extending the writing rod from a pencil, containing a protective tube, to the closed end of which is attached a spoke to interact with the focus of the pencil, characterized in that the protective tube is made with two grooves.
