Abstract
Description
The claimed invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the production of feed with mineral additives, and can be used for fattening cattle, pigs, and also poultry.
The introduction of mineral additives in the feed ration of animals and birds is known and widely used. This is due not only to the need to ensure the mineral balance in the digestion process, but also to the specific properties of the substances used. It is known, for example, the use of additives of zeolite and elemental sulfur in the diet of ruminants (ed. Certificate. USSR N 1731146, BI N 17, 1992 and 1804304, BI N 11, 1993), zeolite for birds (C. C. . Shambaev, S. D. Shambaeva, VS Aisuyev, GP Stepanova, VN Struganov. Use of zeolite in rearing young laying hens. "Use of natural zeolites in the national economy." Materials of the All-Union meeting. - Novosibirsk, 1991, p. 81-84). The use of feed with such additives leads to increased resistance and productivity of animals and birds. Known feeds with the addition of tricalcium phosphate, phosphogypsum or gypsum as mineral substances (ed. Certificate of the USSR N 1704438, BI N 6, 1993), vermiculite (ed. 1821123, BI N 22, 1993), diopside USSR certificate NN 1738224, BI N 21, 1992 and 1801336, BI N 10, 1993), palygorskite clay (ed. certificate of the USSR N 1678286, BI N 35, 1991).
1976). The use of mineral additives in bird feed is primarily determined by the specificity of the digestive tract of birds, which has a special section in which swallowed solid mineral formations play a special role for grinding and grinding of coarse vegetable feed. Thus, special requirements are imposed on mineral additives that satisfy the solution of the aforementioned problem, and the products of abrasion of mineral additives must also perform sanitizing, anti-infection, etc. functions in the digestive tract. These requirements are most satisfied with mineral additives containing amorphous silica, for example diatomite. Diatomites are fine-porous rocks with high adsorption activity in relation, for example, to heavy metals (Siliceous rocks of the USSR. Tatar Book Publishing House, Kazan, 1976).
Closest to the claimed is fodder for poultry (according to ed. Certificate of the USSR N 1635955, MKI A 23
The claimed solution differs from the known one in that in the known feed, including standard compound feed and a mineral additive containing amorphous silica, an opal-cristobalite rock is used as a mineral additive. In this case, the additive in the feed for poultry is introduced in a crushed to a particle size of 2-5 mm in an amount of 2.5-3.5 wt. and for ruminants up to a particle size of 0.3-0.5 mm in an amount of 0.5-2.0 wt.
Г. С. М. The fundamental differences between opal-cristobalite rocks and diatomites are that if the microstructure of diatomite is mainly represented by shells of diatoms of 0.001-0.040 mm in size, then opal-cristobalite is finely dispersed in particles less than 0.005 mm in size. The inventive additive has about 1.5 times lower porosity and correspondingly higher density (Unconventional types of non-metallic mineral raw materials. // Edited by C.G. Distanov and A.S. Filko. M. Nedra, 1990).
The lower porosity of opal cristobalites causes their lower adsorption activity in comparison with diatomite and, as a result, lower efficiency in feed composition. However, as the experiments showed, the opposite effect is achieved, high results are achieved with a smaller addition of opal-pristobalitov than diatomite, which allows us to judge the non-obviousness of the proposed solution. The non-obviousness, according to the applicant, also confirms that it is known from the prior art to use significantly softer clays such as clay as mineral additives to ruminants and pigs (auth. USSR USSR NN 1731146, 1804304, 1678286).
The use of the proposed solutions is illustrated by the following examples.
At the Krasnoturinskaya poultry farm, two cases of laying hens of the Lohmann-Brown breed at the age of 8-9 months were taken. with a stock of 35473 and 26094 pcs. In both buildings hens of approximately lonely egg laying were kept. The chicken diet of the second of these buildings was introduced 3% crushed to 2-5 mm opal-cristobalite rock of the Kalachevsky deposit, composition, (wt.): 77.18 SiO 2 ; 36.1 SiO 2 (amorphous); 6.36 Al 2 O 3 ; 3.34 Fe 2 O 3 ; 2.9 CaO; 1.31 MgO; 2.04 CO 2 .
In the experimental period (7 months), egg production and the cost of feed units per 1000 eggs received were taken into account in both groups of birds. At the end of the experimental period from each group produced a control slaughter of birds, from which blood samples were taken.
The data presented in the table indicate a positive effect of feed additives of opal-cristobalite rocks on the egg production of birds and the digestibility of feed, which was reflected in a decrease in feed consumption. In addition, hematological indicators of chickens have been improved, which has a positive effect on the safety of livestock and productivity.
Example 2. On the farm "Krasnoturyinsky" were selected ve groups of 2 cows control and experimental. 0.4% of the dry matter weight of the feed, crushed to 0.5-2 mm opal-cristobalite rock was added to the feed ration of the experimental group (composition, see example 1). The milk production was recorded and blood biochemical parameters were determined.
For three months of experience, the milk productivity of the cows of the experimental group was 5.2% higher than that of the cows of the control group. The milk fat content in the cows of both groups was almost the same. Hematological and biochemical blood parameters (erythrocytes, hemoglobin, leukocytes, total protein, protein fractions, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, reserve alkalinity) in cows of both groups were within normal limits and did not significantly differ between groups.
