SUBSTANCE: device has two flat branches with working jaws and outer knurling having protrusions made in the form of truncated cones with generatrix inclined with respect to the base at an angle of 60 deg and having height of h ≅ D where D is the greater base diameter of the truncated cones equal to 1.0-2.5 mm. Protrusions are spaced over nodes of conditional grid composed of regular patterns like triangles having sides equal to a < 2D. Wworking jaws have capturing, holding or cutting surfaces.
