Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a power system and can be performed during operation of a cogeneration plant and in the presence of a heat pump installation (HPU) as part of a heat and power plant.
A known method of operating a cogeneration turbine installation with supply to the built-in bundle of a condenser of reverse network water for utilization of the ventilation flow of steam of the low-pressure cylinder stages during the operation of the turbine according to the heat schedule, i.e., using the low-pressure cylinder steam intake with closed bodies. The value of the ventilation flow of steam is determined by the degree of density of the organ of the steam inlet of the low pressure cylinder. In this case, the supply of circulating water to the main bundles of the condenser is excluded [1]
The above method has the following disadvantages.
1. Due to the high temperature of the return network water to 70 o C, the pressure in the condenser rises to 50 kPa, as a result of which friction and ventilation losses in the low-pressure cylinder stages are significant, which reduces the turbine power [2]
2. Due to high pressures in the condenser, and, therefore, behind the turbine in and low volumetric flow rates of steam, dynamic stresses in the working blades of the low-pressure cylinder stages increase, which reduces their reliability [3]
A technical solution is known to reduce (cool down) the temperature of the return network water to the circulation level due to the use of TNU in the CHP system, which allows it to be sent to the condenser and use the latter as the first stage of heating the network water and, due to the increased steam pass to the low-pressure cylinder, to increase the turbine power [4]
This technical solution is the closest to the claimed, but has the following disadvantages.
1. In view of the limited heat exchange surface of the built-in condenser beam, with increasing steam flow, the pressure in the condenser reaches 25-30 kPa, as a result of which, as shown by the studies, the last stages of the low-pressure cylinder operate in power consumption mode, which reduces the turbine's efficiency.
At the same time, increasing the pressure in the capacitor, as noted earlier, leads to an increase in dynamic stresses in the working blades of the last stage and a decrease in its reliability.
2. With an increase in steam consumption in the condenser and in the fully open bodies of the low-pressure steam inlet, a natural increase in pressure occurs in the heating extraction chambers (EPP). In EPD modes, direct network water temperature control is possible only due to bypassing part of the water in addition to network water heaters and is associated with a decrease in turbine efficiency, see [1]
The essence of the claimed invention lies in the fact that during operation of a cogeneration turbine of an installation by passing cooled network water through an integrated condenser beam, regulating the flow of steam into the condenser to heat it, as well as the flow rate and temperature of direct network water and a given load, the turbine is stopped, the LPC is opened, replace the blasted rotor of the low pressure cylinder with a rotor in which the disk of the last stages does not have working blades, after which the cylinder is closed, the turbine is started up, and the specified load is gained Measured pressure in the regulated heating temperature and direct selection of mains water, followed by full open bodies of steam input LPC increased steam flow to a condenser and a change in network water flow is adjusted to a predetermined pressure and temperature preselection heating delivery water line.
Replacing the blasted rotor of the low-pressure cylinder with a rotor in which the disks of the last stages do not have working blades allows to increase the turbine power and its reliability, since the working blades of the last stages do not produce, but consume power, and cause possible breakdowns in the turbine due to the growth in them dynamic stresses.
A set of the appropriate load with closed bodies of the LPC steam inlet allows you to set the pressure in the regulated heating system, which ensures the required heating temperature of the mains water, and then, when the LPC steam inlet bodies are completely open, avoid the EHP in heating selections by regulating the flow of steam into the condenser and the LPC by changing the flow rate of the network water through the built-in condenser beam and as a result of this, to prevent a decrease in the efficiency of the turbine.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of a turbine installation for implementing this method.
23. The installation contains a cogeneration turbine containing CVP 1 and TsND 2, interconnected by a receiver 3 with a steam intake unit 4 installed on it. A rotor 5 is installed in the low pressure cylinder 2, in which the disks of the last six stages of the low pressure cylinder do not have working blades. The diaphragms of all the low-pressure cylinder stages (not shown in the drawing) remain in the low-pressure cylinder housing. A pipe 7 for supplying steam with a steam inlet body is connected to the CVP 1. Steam heaters 11 and 12 connected to the main water path 13 are connected to the steam extraction pipelines 9 and 10. A capacitor 14 is connected to the low-pressure cylinder 2, which contains an integrated beam 15, to which a pipeline 16 for supplying network water with a valve 17 installed on it is connected. To a main bundle of a capacitor 14, a pipe 18 for supplying circulation water with a valve 19 installed on it and a pipe 20 for discharging circulation water are connected with a valve installed on it 21. The steam pressure in the controlled heating is measured by a manometer 22, and the temperature of the direct supply water with a thermocouple 23.
17. The method is as follows. Before the load is set, the supply and removal of circulating water from the main condenser bundles is turned off by closing the valves 19 on the pipeline 18 and 21 on the pipeline 20. The steam inlet body 4 of the low pressure cylinder is also closed. The valve 17 on the pipe 16 is opened and the cold water supply is supplied to the built-up bundle 15 of the condenser 14 and through the pipe 13 to the network water heaters 12 and 11. Next, through the pipe 7 through the steam inlet 8, steam is supplied to the central heat pump 1 and via pipelines 9 and 10 to heaters 11 and 12 of the mains water and gain a predetermined load. The temperature of the direct supply water via a thermocouple 23 is controlled by changing the flow rate of the supply water by acting on the valve 17 of the pipeline 16 for supplying the supply water to the integrated bundle 15. At the same time, the pressure in the controlled heating is measured using a pressure gauge 22. After the load has been set and the required temperature of the supply network water is fully established open the body of the inlet 4 of the low pressure cylinder and the valve 17 on the pipe 16 change the flow rate of the mains water until the pressure measured by pressure gauge 22 reaches the initial value. At the same time, the temperature of the direct network water is measured by thermocouple 23. Since when the steam inlet body 4 of the low pressure cylinder is opened, the steam withdrawal redistributes to the network water heaters 11 and 12, the losses in the steam supply pipelines 9 and 10 also change, as a result of which a situation is possible when when the preset pressure is reached by the manometer 22, the temperature of the direct network water by the thermocouple 23 will differ from the initial one. In this case, it should be adjusted by changing the flow rate of the network water through the pipe 16 by acting on the valve 17.
Thus, the use of this method allows to increase the power of the turbine and ensure the reliability of its operation.
