Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to methods for manufacturing piece parquet mainly from non-solid wood species with its subsequent processing, and can be used in the parquet industry.
There are many known methods for manufacturing piece parquet from wood, for example soft-leaved species, with sawing logs into friezes and their subsequent machining. So, for example, there is a known method of manufacturing wood parquet, when the ridge of wood is cut into blanks by size, then the blanks are compacted, pre-stacked in a mold, compacted at a compression ratio of 30 35 and a compression pressure of 65 75 kg / cm 2 , then the billets are dried in the same cassettes in a drying chamber at 110 130 o C to a moisture content of 6 8 Then the chamber is unloaded and the frieze in the cassettes is cooled to 25 30 o C. Then the cassettes are disassembled and the dried frieze is transported to the warehouse after rejection, after which the machine is manufactured work on parquet machines to the sizes in accordance with GOST 862-69, after which the frieze is steamed, having previously been laid in lattice containers. The impregnation is carried out with hydrophobic liquids, for example, drying oil, in special baths for 2-6 hours, while drying oil is heated to 60 o C. After the impregnation, the container is lifted from the bath, blown with compressed air, the frieze is cooled in the container to 20 o C. Then the frieze is removed, rejected and packed in packages to send the consumer [1]
The disadvantages of this and similar methods are the complexity of the technological process, requiring various modes (pressure, heat treatment, impregnation, drying, machining, etc.), and therefore the presence of a large number of expensive equipment, in this case, parquet machines, molds, drying cabinets, cassettes, etc.
A known method of manufacturing piece parquet, adopted as a prototype and including the manufacture of parquet friezes, creating a modified front layer and machining friezes, while the frieze is made of wood with a moisture content of 8 30 is partially protected by a putty that prevents the penetration of synthetic resins into the wood when it is impregnated, after which the frieze is impregnated according to the known method "vacuum pressure vacuum" impregnating composition made on the basis of phenolalcohols in the following ratio of components Wt. phenol alcohols 35; urea 20; diamonium phosphate 3; the rest is water, under a vacuum of 0.09 MPa for 20 minutes, at a pressure of 0.6 MPa for 120 minutes, under a vacuum of 0.09 MPa for 15 30 minutes. Drying and processing of friezes are made according to the following mode:
t 100 120 o C humidity 1.5 5.0
After heat treatment, the frieze undergoes technological exposure for cooling and conditioning for 8 48 hours. Then, the frieze prepared in this way is machined on parquet machines to give it the shape of a finished parquet with a front layer (hereinafter, the term blank will be used instead of the term frieze, because wood fibers in the workpiece according to the proposed method are not located along, but across).
In the described method, for example, a polyester varnish PE-232 (GOST 5.495-70) with a curing initiator of hydroperoxide isopropylbenzene in the amount of 3.6 g per 100 g of semi-finished product can be used, for example, the impregnation is carried out according to the above solution, and curing at t 18 20 o C for 24 30 h [2]
However, this method is also technologically complicated, because it requires various modes of the process of manufacturing parquet, and therefore the presence of a significant amount of technological equipment. In addition, both in the analogue and in the prototype, a very large energy consumption occurs, reaching tens of kW / h per cycle, and significant amounts of impregnation materials are also consumed, such as drying oil, phenol alcohols, urea, etc. Environmental pollution occurs.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the process while improving the quality of parquet.
This goal is achieved by the fact that with the method, including the manufacture of parquet blanks, placing them in drying cabinets having a heater, and machining with the formation of the front layer, the blanks are produced by cross-cutting, mainly non-solid wood, soft and
It should be noted that due to the moisture content of the workpieces and wood species, such characteristics as the exposure, the wavelength and density of the irradiating flow of the proposed regime of drying the workpieces can vary, but not go beyond the indicated values, further mechanical processing is reduced to giving the workpieces of various geometric shapes (hexagons , squares, etc.) for which a set of interchangeable dies is used, which are fixed on the press. The formation of the modified layer is simplified and reduced to simple grinding of one of the planes of the workpiece and is represented by natural annual rings of wood and its natural structure.
The use of the described operations in the indicated sequence and, first of all, the drying mode, achieved through the use of special ceramic heaters that stably ensure a constant temperature on the surfaces of the workpieces, regardless of the number of hours worked by the drying chambers, makes it possible to achieve a soft regime of the effect of this radiation on wood (see table. 1 ), which allows water molecules to diffuse along the capillaries of wood, without violating its structure, and thereby eliminates its cracking, increase in this case, the strength of the workpieces.
Thus, in comparison with the prototype, the proposed method of manufacturing piece parquet, including the operation of manufacturing parquet blanks, placing them in ovens, drying under the influence of electromagnetic pulsed radiation of the infrared spectrum formed by special ceramic heaters, where the radiation exposure is 0.8 3.0 s with an interval between pulses of 0.5 to 10 during the drying cycle at a wavelength of emission equal to 3.5 and 52 microns flux density 200 300 W / m 2 and subsequent machining, enabling It is possible to simplify the operation of manufacturing parquet blanks as much as possible due to the transverse cutting of non-wood timber predominantly o 50 130 mm, eliminating at the same time operations such as dissolving logs on boards, cutting in size, etc. eliminating the operation of impregnating the blanks with an impregnating composition according to the principle “vacuum pressure - vacuum "with the simultaneous rejection of the use of equipment to create the" pressure "and" vacuum "modes, eliminates the operation of technological exposure and conditioning for 8 48 hours, there is no need to use use and acquisition of equipment for the preparation of impregnating compositions and the compositions themselves, and the final machining is reduced to giving the workpieces of various geometric shapes and polishing the natural texture of the workpieces. All of the above allows us to simplify the manufacturing process of piece parquet as a whole compared with the prototype, to reduce its complexity and improve quality, which meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."
Comparison of the significant differences of the proposed method with patent and scientific and technical sources of information allows us to state their inadequacy, which meets the criteria of the invention "inventive step".
In FIG. 1 shows a finished parquet blank; in FIG. 2 - arrangement of ceramic heaters in an oven.
2.Example. The proposed method of manufacturing parquet was implemented in the Dominic LLP in Voronezh, for which non-productive wood (round timber for firewood and large knots) of hardwood (oak) with a diameter of 50 110 mm was cross-cut by circular saws into 15 mm thick dies, while the moisture content of the wood was 30 35. The resulting blanks were placed in drying ovens of 0.15 mm 3 each cabinet, where they were exposed to electromagnetic pulsed radiation of the infrared spectrum with a total power of P 2.5 kW for 38 hours, and the drying mode was as follows: t 3 8 o C: exposure of 1.5 s, a break between pulses of 3 s, a radiation wavelength of 14 μm, a flux density of 260 W / m 2 .
The specified mode was installed on the control panel of the cabinet (for oak) and was executed using the work of an asymmetric multivibrator made on integrated circuits and a circuit breaker of the type VA51-25-340010ROOUKHAZ, through which voltage was supplied to ceramic heaters made in the form of tubes with a diameter of 12 mm and coated with a special coating (functional ceramics) placed in ovens equidistantly relative to the dried workpieces over their entire surface.
The use of these operations, and especially the drying regime, ensured a constant surface temperature of the heaters, regardless of the number of hours worked by them, which made it possible to achieve a milder exposure regime (see Table 1) of this radiation on wood.
A comparison of other indicators (see table. 2) allows us to state that the proposed method simplifies the technological process of manufacturing piece parquet by more than 50, and therefore reduces the complexity and cost of production. In addition, the proposed method by one third reduces the amount of equipment used, significantly saves drill timber.
