Питательная среда для выделения Pseuidomonas aeruginosa, содержащая желатинообразную основу, азотосодержащее органическое соединение, соли серной и фосфорной кислот и дистиллированную воду, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно содержит аспарагин и глюкозу, в качестве азотосодержащего органического соединения содержит мочевину, а в качестве солей серной и фосфорной кислот - марганец сернокислый, калий фосфорнокислый однозамещенный, железо сернокислое при следующем соотношении компонентов, г/л:Аспарагин - 1,0 - 3,0Глюкоза - 10 - 20Мочевина - 10 - 20Калий фосфорнокислый однозамещенный - 0,05 - 0,3Марганец сернокислый - 0,1 - 0,5Железо сернокислое - 0,05 - 0,2Желатинообразная основа - 15 - 20Дистиллированная вода - До 1 л2. Питательная среда по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве желатинообразной основы используют агар-агар или желатин.1.
