Способ производства пищевого продукта из сухофруктов, предусматривающий мойку сухофруктов, их обработку двуокисью углерода в надкритическом состоянии для стерилизации и удаления с их поверхности кутикулярного слоя, измельчение до получения пастообразной массы, формование и сушку, отличающийся тем, что обработку сухофруктов двуокисью углерода в надкритическом состоянии осуществляют при наложении на поток двуокиси углерода ультразвуковых колебаний, а перед формованием измельченную массу смешивают с измельченными хлебными сухарями и осуществляют гомогенизацию смеси.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что одновременно с измельченными хлебными сухарями в измельченную массу сухофруктов вводят вкусовые добавки.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что перед сушкой отформованный продукт покрывают измельченными хлебными сухарями, или измельченными вафлями, или сахарным песком, или сахарной пудрой.1.
