From the prior art there is known a device for holding price tags (price holder) at refrigeration slides, which is a profile made with the possibility of installation without additional tools (patent JP 2000102462, 11.04.2000). The device is made with the possibility of placing on it price tags oriented to the buyer.

The disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of its design, which provides fastening to the shelf by snapping the lower side of the device on the inner side of the lower edge of the shelf, which complicates its installation. In this case, the first (base) shelf has a rectangular cross-section and does not have cavities either on the upper or lower surfaces to ensure that the price holder can be snapped in. Thus, the device disclosed in the patent cannot be used for mounting on a base shelf. In addition, the design of the price holder also does not provide for the limitation and exclusion of the loss of goods from the shelf or onto the air intake grill of refrigeration equipment. Also, since in the design of the device the fasteners intended for fixing the price tag are located at the level of the end of the shelf, the price tag on the first shelf is poorly visible and the information from the price tag is indistinguishable.

The task to which the utility model is directed is to develop the design of a device that secures the device on the base shelf of refrigeration equipment and places well-distinguishable information about the product on it, as well as ensures the limitation of accidental loss of the product from the shelf.

The technical result of the utility model is to increase the operational characteristics of the device for placing information about the product on the base shelf of commercial refrigeration equipment by simplifying the installation of the device on the base shelf, improving the visibility of information about the product on the base shelf, and increasing the reliability of holding the price tag.

The claimed device can be used for mounting on a base shelf of any design.

The specified technical result is achieved in a device for placing information about a product on a base shelf of commercial refrigeration equipment (hereinafter referred to as the Device), made in the form of a profile containing an end side and associated lower side, configured to be placed under the lower plane of the shelf, and an inclined side, made with the possibility of positioning above the end of the shelf in this case, the device is made of PVC, and the inclined side is connected to the front plate to form between them a tightly closed "pocket" for inserting information about the product into it, and the end side is connected to the inclined side and the front plate through the spring element, and the sections of the end side, the inclined side and the front plate at the junction are made thickened.

The end side of the device is designed to be located at the end of the shelf, along its entire height.

The face plate is made of transparent material.

The design of the device in the form of a profile containing the end side and associated with it an inclined side and a lower (horizontal) side allows you to freely and easily place the lower horizontal side of the device under the lower plane of the base shelf for firmly pressing the horizontal side and securely fixing the device on the shelf. In this case, the end face of the device rests on the end face of the base shelf. The implementation of the device with the specified design features allows to achieve reliable fixation of the device on the base shelf, which excludes the device from falling out of the shelf along with the price tag and increases the reliability of holding the price tag with information about the product for the consumer, which, in turn, increases the operational characteristics of the device.

In addition, the presence of the lower (horizontal) side of the device allows it to be placed under the lower plane of the base shelf of any design, namely, both with and without a rim.

The use of a device with the specified design makes it possible to achieve a simplified installation of the device on the base shelf and, as a consequence, its acceleration (a decrease in labor intensity during installation is achieved) due to the simplicity of the device design: the device contains a lower (horizontal) side made with the possibility of easy placement under the base shelf and pressing it (there are no fasteners such as latches). Since prior art product display device designs have snap-type fasteners on one bottom or both sides (eg, see Japanese Patent Application No. 2000102462), the device needs to be snapped onto the bottom plane of the shelf. In this case, the base shelf for refrigeration equipment, as a rule, is made without a rim on the lower plane, on which it is possible to fix the device with a latch. At the same time, for the installation of the declared utility model on the shelf, a side on its lower plane is not required, which makes it possible to use a real utility model on the base shelf even if there is a side.

Thus, due to the simplicity of the device design, a significant reduction in labor intensity is achieved during its installation on the base shelf: no additional installation tools and special knowledge of personnel are required, which increases the operational characteristics of the device.

The implementation of the inclined side of the device with the possibility of positioning above the end of the shelf provides a significant improvement in the visibility of information about the product on the base shelf than its location at the end, which leads to an increase in the operational characteristics of the claimed utility model. In addition, in the case of using the device on a base shelf, the location of the information part of the device at the end of the base shelf is technically difficult.

The presence in the structure of the device of a tightly closed "pocket" formed by the interconnected inclined side and the front plate in their lower part, allows you to place in the "pocket" and keep in it information about the goods, for example, a price tag, which leads to an increase in the reliability of holding the price tag at shelves with products, and, consequently, to increase the performance of the device.

The use of PVC material (polyvinyl chloride) for the manufacture of the device increases its strength, which is extremely important when operating the device at low temperatures (in refrigeration equipment). Thus, the manufacture of the device from PVC significantly reduces the risk of device breakdown in case of unintentional physical impact on the device during its operation (for example, when placing heavy goods on the inclined side of the device), which, as a result, increases the reliability of keeping the price tag near the shelf with the goods and operational characteristics.

The presence of a spring element at the front plate and thickened sections of the end side and the inclined side at the point of their connection to strengthen the structure of the device in the specified place, also reduces the risk of device breakdown in case of unintentional physical impact on the device during its operation, for example, when placing products directly on the inclined side of the device, which inevitably leads to crushing of the device. The spring element connecting the inclined and front sides of the device, reinforced with thickened sections of the front side, the inclined side and the front plate at their junction, allows the inclined side with information about the product to return to its original position after removing the load and to exclude creases, damage or breakdown of the device, which leads to an increase in the reliability of keeping the price tag at the shelf with the product to inform the consumer and, consequently, to an increase in the operational characteristics of the device. That is, the spring element is part of the device reinforcing measures for maintaining the shape of the device after being physically exposed to it.

In addition, the spring element provides resistance to the pressure of the product on the inclined side from the base shelf, which prevents the product from falling out onto the air intake grill of refrigeration equipment, thereby eliminating an increase in temperature in the equipment, which ensures the preservation of its temperature regime and leads to an increase in the operational characteristics of the useful models.

The device can be configured with a support side associated with an inclined side. The supporting side can be used to abut the device against the upper plane of the shelf when the device is mounted on the shelf, which additionally increases the reliability of fixing the device on the base shelf, and additionally enhances the resistance to pressure of the goods on the inclined side from the side of the base shelf and prevents the product from falling out onto the air intake grill of the refrigeration equipment.

At the end of the support side in the perpendicular direction, an additional support plane can be made to increase the stability of the device on the shelf, which leads to an additional increase in the strength of fixing the device on the surface of the shelf and prevents the product from falling off the shelf.

At the end of the lower side of the device, a side can be additionally made to further increase the strength of fixing the device on the shelf, which also has a side on the inner side of the lower plane.

The device can be made with side lengths: bottom side - 5-10 mm, end side - 20-30 mm, inclined side - 30-62 mm. In this case, all sides are located relative to each other at angles. The angle between the bottom and the end side is 90 degrees, and the angle between the end and inclined sides is from 0 to 180 degrees, at the request of the customer.

The device can be made with a universal length of 1250 mm, which allows it to be installed in a wide range of commercial equipment. If necessary, trimming of the length is possible - with a clerical knife in place.

The universal design of the device allows it to be installed on the base shelf of shelves, both refrigerated and not, of all manufacturers of commercial equipment.

It is possible to add adhesive tape on the underside of the device, which will significantly expand the possibilities of fixing the product to the equipment and significantly increase the strength of fixing the device on the base shelf to further increase the reliability of holding the price tag near the shelf with the product to inform the consumer.

The use of transparent PVC material for the manufacture of the front plate of the device allows you to see information from the price tag located in the "pocket" and exclude the use of additional elements for attaching the price tag, that is, the product is self-sufficient and does not require additional parts to fix the price tag.

Examples 1-3 illustrate the implementation of the claimed utility model. Examples 1 and 2 describe a device for installation on a base shelf of any shape (with or without a side).

Example 1.

The device for placing information about goods on the base shelf of commercial refrigeration equipment is made in the form of a profile made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and consists of successively connected bottom side 2, end side 1, inclined side 3. Inclined side 3 in its lower part is connected to front plate 4 , made transparent with the formation of a tightly closing "pocket" for placing a price tag in it. Inclined side 3, face plate 4 and end face 1 are interconnected by a spring element 5.

The device can be made with side lengths: bottom side - 8 mm, end side - 28 mm, inclined side - 55 mm. In this case, all sides are located relative to each other at angles. The angle between the bottom and end sides is 90 degrees, and the angle between the end and inclined sides is 42 degrees.

The end side, the inclined side, as well as the spring element at their junction have thickened sections 19.

The device is installed on a base shelf with a 16 mm base shelf end side height of 25 mm. Installation of the device on the shelf 7 is carried out as follows. The face plate 4 tightly pressed against the surface of the inclined side 3 is pushed back beyond the upper side, after which the price tag for the corresponding product is placed in the "pocket" 15 and the upper side of the face plate 4 is released, which instantly closes the "pocket", pressing against the surface of the inclined side 3 due to the presence of a spring element 5.

The base shelf 9 is located immediately behind the ventilation grill 12 of the refrigeration equipment 14. To mount the device, the lower plane 17 of the base shelf 9 is raised and the lower (horizontal) side 2 of the device is brought under it and the lower plane 17 of the base shelf 9 is lowered, pressing the lower side 2 of the device, firmly fixing the device to the shelf. With this setting, the price tag is located above the shelf, customer-oriented and clearly visible. Moreover, the inclined side 3 of the device acts as a limiter of goods and prevents accidental loss of goods from the shelf: when the goods act on the inclined side 3, connected to the end side 1 through the spring element 5, the inclined side 3 resists the pressure of the goods from the shelf side due to the spring element 5 , thereby preventing it from falling off the shelf.

In addition, in the case of accidental placement of goods directly on the inclined side 3 of the device on the base shelf and the inclined side 3 is pressed against the base shelf 9, the presence of the spring element 5 avoids creases and rapid wear of the device. Thus, after removing the goods from the inclined side 3 of the device, the inclined side 3 freely and without damage returns to its original place.

Example 2.

The device for placing information about goods on the base shelf of commercial refrigeration equipment is made in the form of a profile made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and consists of successively connected bottom side 2, end side 1, inclined side 3. Inclined side 3 in its lower part is connected to front plate 4 , made transparent with the formation of a tightly closing "pocket" for placing a price tag in it. Inclined side 3, face plate 4 and end face 1 are interconnected by a spring element 5.

The device can be made with side lengths: bottom side - 10 mm, end side - 20 mm, inclined side - 62 mm. In this case, all sides are located relative to each other at angles. The angle between the bottom and the end side is 90 degrees, and the angle between the end and inclined sides is 90 degrees.

The end side, the inclined side, as well as the spring element at their junction have thickened sections 19.

The device is installed on a base shelf with a 16 mm front side height of the base shelf - 15 mm. Installation of the device on the shelf 7 is carried out as follows. The face plate 4 tightly pressed against the surface of the inclined side 3 is pushed back beyond the upper side, after which the price tag for the corresponding product is placed in the "pocket" 15 and the upper side of the face plate 4 is released, which instantly closes the "pocket", pressing against the surface of the inclined side 3 due to the presence of a spring element 5.

The base shelf 9 is located immediately behind the ventilation grill 12 of the refrigeration equipment 14. To mount the device, the lower plane 17 of the base shelf 9 is raised and the lower (horizontal) side 2 of the device is brought under it and the lower plane 17 of the base shelf 9 is lowered, pressing the lower side 2 of the device, firmly fixing the device to the shelf.

Example 3.

The device for placing information about goods on the base shelf of commercial refrigeration equipment is made in the form of a profile made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and consists of successively connected bottom side 2, end side 1, inclined side 3, support side 6. Inclined side 3 in its lower part is connected with the face plate 4, made transparent with the formation of a tightly closing "pocket" for placing a price tag in it. The inclined side 3, the front plate 4 and the end side 1 are interconnected by a spring element 5. At the end of the lower side 2 there is a rim 8, at the end of the support side 6 there is an additional support plane 7.

The device can be made with side lengths: side 8 - 8 mm, bottom side 2-10 mm, end side 1 - 25 mm, inclined side 3 - 62 mm, support side 6 - 54 mm. In this case, all sides are located relative to each other at angles. The angle between the bottom and end sides is 90 degrees, and the angle between the end and inclined sides is 29 degrees.

The end side, the inclined side, as well as the spring element at their junction have thickened sections 19.

This design of the device can be used for installation on a base shelf if it is made with a rim 18.

Installation of the device on the shelf 13 is carried out as follows. The face plate 4 tightly pressed against the surface of the inclined side 3 is pushed back beyond the upper side, after which the price tag for the corresponding product is placed in the "pocket" 15 and the upper side of the face plate 4 is released, which instantly closes the "pocket", pressing against the surface of the inclined side 3 due to the presence of a spring element 5. Raise the bottom plane 17 of the shelf with a rim 18 on its inner side and bring under it the lower (horizontal) side 2 with a rim 8, while the rim 8 of the device engages with the rim 18 of the shelf 13. Next, lower the lower plane 17 of the shelf 13 Install the support side 6 with an additional support plane 7 on the upper plane of the shelf 13 and thus fix the device on the shelf.
