Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, and more particularly to maraging steels.
С 0,06; Cr 14,6; Ni 4,8; Cu 1,9; Ti 0,07; Si 0,28; Мn 0,52; S 0,005; Р 0,006; Fe остальное [2]
Эта сталь обладает недостаточно высокой вязкостью (после оптимальных закалки и старения КСU < 1,0 МДж/м2).Known precipitation hardening stainless steel with high ability to cold deformation, containing, by weight. (C + N) 0.06 0.1; N ≥ 0.005; Si ≅ 1; Mn 0.5 2; Ni 4.5 6.5; Cr 14.5 17.5;
Closest to the proposed is steel, containing, by weight. C 0.06; Cr 14.6; Ni 4.8; Cu 1.9; Ti 0.07; Si 0.28; Mn 0.52; S 0.005; P 0.006; Fe the rest [2]
This steel does not have a sufficiently high viscosity (after optimal quenching and aging KCU <1.0 MJ / m 2 ).
The objective of the invention is to increase the viscosity and ductility of steel while maintaining sufficient strength and corrosion resistance in a wide temperature range.
The proposed steel according to

The proposed steel contains nitrogen vanadium and molybdenum in order to increase the strength and toughness of the steel and extend the temperature range of the service. Molybdenum reduces the diffusion mobility of interstitial and substitutional atoms along the boundaries of austenitic grains and martensite packets, which increases resistance to brittle fracture and resistance to softening during aging. Vanadium causes additional hardening due to the formation of dispersed nitrides or carbonitrides.
Steel was smelted in a laboratory induction furnace with a phase composition refinement by introducing nickel, chromium and carbon. Nitrogen in steel was obtained by introducing nitrogen doped with ferrochrome into the mixture.
Table 1 shows the chemical composition of the proposed and known steels.
After heat treatment, including hardening and subsequent aging, the steel has the mechanical properties shown in Table 2. The tests were carried out on an Instron testing machine.
As follows from the data presented, the proposed steel after the above treatment has an austenite structure hardened by dispersed hardening by precipitation of nitrides and carbonitrides.
Austenite is stable when cooled to a temperature of liquid nitrogen (-196 o C). In this regard, the steel remains non-magnetic, having high viscosity and ductility along with high strength in a wide temperature range compared to conventional stainless steels.
