 The invention relates to medicine and may find application in the treatment of pleurisy.

 A known method of treating pleurisy, including assessing the nature of the disease and the use of a complex of prescriptions (Big Medical Encyclopedia. M. Sov. Encyclopedia. 1982, v.19, p. 425-428).

 However, the known method in some cases requires surgical intervention, requires the use of hard-to-reach means, is not effective enough.

 The technical result achieved by the implementation of the present invention is to simplify and increase efficiency.

 This is achieved by the fact that in the method of treating pleurisy, which includes assessing the nature of the disease and the use of a complex of prescriptions, homeopathic remedies are additionally introduced into it, with hemorrhagic or serous pleurisy, Apis or Kali iodine is administered, with serous fibrinous Seneg, or Bryony, or Dulcamera, and purulent Sulfur iodine or Guaiacum.

 Example 1. A group of patients with a diagnosis of hemorrhagic pleurisy was divided into two subgroups. Patients of both subgroups were prescribed bed rest, diet, hyposensitizing and anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients of the second subgroup were additionally prescribed homeopathic remedies Apis or Kali iodine.

 During treatment, patients of the first subgroup were altered with hyposensitizing anti-inflammatory drugs, pyrazolone drugs were administered, and corticosteroid hormones were administered to some patients.

 Patients of the second subgroup did not change the appointment during the entire process of their treatment, new appointments were not required.

 Example 2. A group of patients with a diagnosis of serous pleurisy was divided into two subgroups. Patients of both subgroups were prescribed bed rest, diet, hypersensitizing and anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients of the second subgroup were additionally given homeopathic remedies in the prescription complex: Apis or Kali iodine.

 During treatment, patients of the first subgroup needed to change the prescribed hyposensitizing and anti-inflammatory drugs due to the low effectiveness of the originally prescribed actions. A number of patients were prescribed corticosteroid hormones, pyrazolone drugs.

 The dynamics of recovery of patients of the second subgroup testified to the effectiveness of the initial complex of appointments. However, no differences were found between the effectiveness of Apis and Kali iodine.

 Example 3. A group of patients with a diagnosis of serous-fibrinous pleurisy was divided into two subgroups. The complex of prescriptions for patients of both subgroups included hyposensitizing and anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients of the second subgroup were additionally given homeopathic remedies in the complex of appointments: Senega, or Brionia, or Dulcamara. In the course of treatment, the patients of the first subgroup changed the prescription complex due to the inefficiency of the initial one, pyrazolone drugs, antibacterial and hormonal drugs were administered. In two patients of the first subgroup, the development of empyema was observed, which required the introduction of antibiotic agents selected in accordance with the sensitivity of microflora seeded from the pleural cavity.

 Patients of the second subgroup did not need to change the initial complex. There were no differences in the effect of the applied homeopathic remedies.

 Example 4. A group of patients with a diagnosis of purulent pleurisy was divided into two subgroups. All patients were prescribed bed rest, diet, antibacterial agents, polyglobulins, hyperimmune plasma. For patients of the second subgroup, homeopathic remedies were additionally introduced into the prescription complex: Sulfur iodine or Guaiacum.

 During treatment, patients of the first subgroup were additionally prescribed auxiliary parenteral nutrition. For patients of the second subgroup, this additional appointment was not required. For two patients of the first subgroup, it was required to resort to pleural puncture, which was not required for patients of the second subgroup. There were no differences in the effects of the drugs Sulfur iodine and Guaiacum.

 A method of treating pleurisy, including assessing the nature of the disease and the use of the prescription complex, characterized in that, with hemorrhagic or serous pleurisy, the Apis or Kali iodine homeopathic remedies are added to the prescription complex, with serous-fibrinous Seneg, or Bryonia, or Dulcamera, and with purulent Sulfur iodine or Guaiacum.
