A large number of designs of folding upholstered furniture such as armchairs and sofa beds are known, see, for example, the mechanism for transforming upholstered furniture described in patent RU 2130751, IPC A47C 17/13, publ. 05/27/1999. To lift and lay the retractable seat of upholstered furniture into a sleeping position, a spring torsion mechanism was used, installed on the finger of the lever of the mechanism, but such a mechanism did not provide relief for muscular effort for lifting and unfolding, and the presence of one spring in the mechanism did not smoothly move the retractable seat. The disadvantage of other designs is a large number of manipulations associated with the transformation of furniture due to the complexity of the transformation mechanism, and the laboriousness of transferring furniture from one type to another.

This device is the closest in technical essence to the claimed utility model and is taken as a prototype for the proposed utility model. The disadvantage of this device is the lack of structural strength.

That is, the problem to be solved by the present utility model is to increase the service life of the transformable sofa bed by increasing the rigidity of the frame structure.

Disclosure of the utility model.

Based on this original observation, the present utility model mainly aims to propose a transformable sofa-bed frame including a fixed main part (1) and a roll-out part (2), the main part (1) includes the sides of the main part connected by pipes (11) of the main part, and the withdrawable part (2) includes the sidewalls of the withdrawable part, connected by pipes (28) of the withdrawable part, while the cross member of the sidewall of the main part is simultaneously a guide along which the mushroom wheel (29), fixed on the sidewall, moves a roll-out part, which allows at least to smooth out at least one of the above disadvantages, namely, to provide an increase in the service life of a transformable sofa bed by increasing the rigidity of the frame structure, which is the set technical problem.

To achieve this goal, the main part of the frame includes gussets (15) located at the junctions of the sidewall of the main part and the pipe (11) of the main part. Thanks to such an advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to significantly increase the rigidity of the frame structure, the main part becomes noticeably stronger.

There is a variant of the utility model in which the main part has a pipe jumper (16) connected to an additional support (111) located in the middle of the tube (11) of the main part. Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to further significantly increase the rigidity of the frame structure.

There is one more variant of the utility model, in which the main part has a jumper (19) of the sidewall of the main part of the frame. Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to further significantly increase the rigidity of the frame structure.

There is also another variant of the utility model, in which the draw-out part has a stick (27) and two jumpers (24) of the draw-out part of the frame. Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it becomes possible to additionally significantly increase the structural rigidity of the roll-out part of the frame.

Finally, there is a variant of the utility model in which the club (2) 7 is connected to the stop (26). Thanks to this advantageous characteristic, it also becomes possible to further significantly increase the structural rigidity of the roll-out part of the frame.

The set of essential features of the proposed utility model is unknown from the prior art for devices of a similar purpose, which allows us to conclude that the criterion of "novelty" is met for the utility model.

As shown in FIG. 1-5 the frame of a transformable sofa bed includes a fixed main part (1), and a roll-out part 2, the main part 1 includes the sidewalls of the main part, connected by pipes 11 of the main part, and the roll-out part 2 includes the sidewalls of the roll-out part, connected by pipes 28 of the withdrawable part, while the cross member of the sidewall of the main part is at the same time a guide along which the mushroom wheel 29, fixed on the sidewall of the withdrawable part, moves, while the main part of the frame includes gussets 15 located at the junctions of the sidewall of the main part and the pipe 11 of the main parts.

Additionally, the main part has a tube bridge 16 connected to an additional support 111 located in the middle of the main part tube 11.

The transformation of furniture occurs due to the structure of the frame itself, i.e. the cross members of the sidewalls are guides for movement, and a simple mushroom wheel 29 allows the roll-out frame 2 to be moved without any effort. Especially when developing the structure, the question of the rigidity and, at the same time, the metal consumption of the structure was considered. For this, gussets 15 are installed in the main fixed frame, ensuring the rigidity of the corners. To create a reinforced structure of the main frame, transverse jumpers 16 are welded.

In the roll-out part 2 of the frame, two transverse webs 24 are installed, which prevent the bending of the longitudinal strips when the mattress is pressed against the frame. A part is also introduced - a club 27, which ensures the rigidity of the structure of the retractable part of the frame. A stop 26 is welded to the club, which prevents the mattress itself from sagging.

Jumpers, stick, stop are made from waste pipes, which remain when cutting off the main parts of the transformation mechanism. Gussets are made of carbon steel from sheet material, which is a waste of stamping production. This allows you to reduce the cost of material and the volume of waste, secondary raw materials.

The claimed utility model will significantly improve the performance of furniture by ensuring the reliability and quality of transformation, by smoothly and easily moving the seat.

Implementation of the utility model.

The frame of the convertible sofa bed works in a standard way. If necessary, unfold it - move the withdrawable part from the main part, if necessary fold it - move the withdrawable part towards the main part. Industrial applicability.

The frame of a transformable sofa bed can be implemented by a specialist in practice and, when implemented, ensures the implementation of the declared purpose. The possibility of implementation by a specialist in practice follows from the fact that for each feature included in the formula of a utility model based on the description, a material equivalent is known, which allows us to conclude that the criterion "industrial applicability" for the utility model, as well as the criterion "completeness of disclosure" for utility model.

In accordance with the proposed utility model, the applicant has made a prototype of the frame of a transformable sofa bed.

Trial operation of such a device has shown that, in comparison with the prototype, the service life has increased by 1.5 times.

Thus, due to the fact that the main part of the frame includes kerchiefs (15) located at the junctions of the sidewall of the main part and the pipe (11) of the main part, the claimed technical result is achieved, namely: an increase in the service life of the transformable sofa bed due to increasing the rigidity of the frame structure

An additional technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is the convenient transportation of the frames, since they are small.
