Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves comminuting placenta matter and adding water. According to the invention, placenta is used with aminotic membrane, liquid above sediment is treated by applying ultrafiltration method. Aminotic membrane is to be frozen together with placenta and then defrosted. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the preparation.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for producing medicines from biological substances.

Closest to the claimed method is a method of obtaining a medicinal product "Therapeutic agent", US patent N 4054648, A 61 K 35/50, 1977

The method is as follows.

The placenta is crushed, the liquid according to the invention is added, the placenta with an amniotic membrane is used, the supernatant is subjected to ultrafiltration. This goal is also achieved by the fact that the taken amniotic membrane along with the placenta is frozen, then thawed. The resulting preparation is stored in a freezer, and before use it is thawed and warmed to 36 o C. Lyophilization of the preparation is possible, the lyophilisate is stored in a dark, cool place.

Claims (1)

A method of obtaining an anti-inflammatory and immunostimulating substance from the placenta by grinding raw materials, filtration, purification followed by lyophilization of the target product, characterized in that they take a planent with an amniotic membrane, freeze it, thaw it before grinding, and purify it by ultrafiltration.
