Abstract
Description
The invention relates to techniques and technology for quality control of finished medicines, namely to the technique of disintegration of tablets, is intended for use in the pharmaceutical industry, and can also be used in the food and agricultural industries.
Disintegration control is an integral part of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. The therapeutic effect of the drug substance included in the tablet is achieved by its resorption through the mucous membranes of the digestive tract. The regulated tablet disintegration time: without shells no more than 15 minutes; coated - not more than Z0 min.
There is a known method of determining the disintegration of tabletted drugs regulated by the pharmacopeias of countries, in which physiological saline is heated and its temperature is maintained at 35-39 o C during testing, the test tablets are placed in a special basket with glass tubes, a weight-guiding disk is placed on each tablet, lead the basket into reciprocating motion in a vertical plane with a frequency of 30 swings per minute, visually record the decay times of each of the tablets.
The disadvantage of this method is that the moment of decay is fixed visually.
значительными затратами физической энергии, например, для таблеток с пролонгированным действием;
1990).This is due to the following difficulties:
significant costs of physical energy, for example, for tablets with prolonged action;
insignificant accuracy in determining the disintegration time for several simultaneously tested tablets (International Pharmacopoeia, second edition. World Health Organization, Geneva, 1969. Medicine Publishing House. USSR State Pharmacopoeia, eleventh edition, issue 2. Moscow. Medicine. Publishing House, 1990).
This drawback is partially eliminated in the method used in the invention as a prototype. 2 In this method, the main hydrodynamic flow is created through the interaction of pre-heated physiological saline into tablets and weights moving in the solution, the tablet disintegration time is automatically recorded.
03.04.75). A device for implementing this method is known, selected as a prototype, containing a glass container for physiological saline, a basket with glass tubes, the bottom of which is made in the form of a lattice for placing tablets, and plastic weights with vertical axial channels, a reciprocating drive, and a means of heating and maintaining the temperature of physiological saline and a means for recording the time of disintegration of tablets (Germany, s.N 2409222, class MKI G01n) 13/00, publ. 04/03/75).
The disadvantages of all known methods and devices for controlling the disintegration of tablets is that in the process of disintegration, the test tablets can adhere to the lower surfaces of the weights. As a result, the hydrodynamic conditions for washing off the tablets are violated, causing errors in measuring the decay time in the direction of increase. Suitable tablets may be discarded. In addition, the range of tablet formulations subjected to the test for disintegration by the instrumental method is significantly narrowed. Such tablets may include some types of tablets based on medicinal herbs, as well as with certain types of coatings. The task to which the claimed method and device for its implementation are directed is to prevent sticking of the studied tabletting agent to the weight.
Решение поставленной задачи позволяет достигнуть существенного технического результата, а именно улучшатся, и станут постоянными гидродинамические условия омывания исследуемых лекарственных средств;
устранятся ошибки и повысится точность измерения времени распадения;
расширится диапазон видов таблетируемых лекарственных средств, подвергаемых испытанию на распадаемость инструментальным методом.The solution of this problem allows us to achieve a significant technical result, namely, they will improve, and the hydrodynamic conditions for washing the studied drugs will become constant;
errors will be eliminated and the accuracy of decay time measurement will increase;
the range of types of tableted drugs that will be tested for disintegration by the instrumental method will expand.
The solution of the problem in the proposed invention is achieved by the fact that in the method for determining the disintegration, which consists in creating the main hydrodynamic flow through the interaction of pre-heated physiological solution on the tablets and weights moving in the solution reciprocating in the solution, and the subsequent automatic recording of tablet disintegration time, additionally create organized hydrodynamic saline flows between weights and tablets upon admission nom downward motion, disengage and wash-off investigated tablet weights lower surfaces.
The solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that in a device containing a glass container for physiological saline, a basket with glass tubes, the bottom of which is made in the form of a lattice for placing tablets, and plastic weights with vertical axial channels, a reciprocating drive, as well as a heating means and maintaining the temperature of physiological saline and means for automatically recording the disintegration time of tablets according to the proposed invention on the lower surfaces weights additionally made diametrical grooves, depth and width (1.5-2) mm, while the axial channels with a diameter of 1 mm are made through and with the possibility of communication with the cavity of the grooves.
The claimed operation of creating organized additional hydrodynamic flows of physiological saline between Georgians and test tablets, tearing and washing tablets from the lower surfaces of the weights thanks to the additional diametrical grooves on the lower surfaces of the weights and through axial channels in the weights, helps to solve the problem.
The presence of these grooves reduces the area of contact between the weight and the tablet, and therefore the possibility of sticking of the tabletted drug to the weight.
The invention is illustrated by the following drawings: figure 1 diagram of a device for the disintegration of tablets that implements the proposed method; figure 2 - design of the weight; figure 3 diagram of the formation of a tear flow; 4 is a diagram of the formation of washing flows.
A device for determining the disintegration of tablet medicines (Fig. 1) includes a glass container 1, saline solution 2, means for heating and maintaining the temperature of saline solution 3, a basket 4 including
The device operates as follows: physiological solution 2 is poured into a glass container 1 (Fig. 1) and its temperature is maintained within specified limits (35-39) o With the means of heating and maintaining the temperature 3 in the basket 4, in each of the
When the basket moves down, the test tablets and weights under the influence of gravity slowly fall down in physiological saline. At the same time, as in the known solution, there is a main hydrodynamic flow due to the presence of a gap between the side surfaces of the glass tubes and weights and the interaction of the fluid flow of the end surfaces of the weights. The above operations are cyclically repeated throughout the entire decomposition process.
When the basket moves up, the tablets may stick on the lower surfaces of the weights during contact. The weights, moving downward in the volume of physiological saline, form additional hydrodynamic flows (diametrically,
9. The action of hydrodynamic flows 13.14 enhances the presence in the weights of vertical through
The hydrodynamic flows, tearing off and washing off tablets, interacting simultaneously on tablets, prevent their sticking to small weights.
After the decay of the last tablet, the drive is automatically turned off and the decay time of each tablet is recorded.
2 The method for determining the disintegration of tablets consists in creating the main hydrodynamic flow through the interaction of preheated physiological saline into tablets and weights moving in and out of the solution, while translating downward between the weights and tablets (Fig.3,4) create additional
