Description

 The invention relates to hardware and can be used to improve the reliability of fixing mortise locks to the door, door to the box and box to the wall.

Known mortise lock containing two key mechanisms and a deadbolt, at the end of which hooks are made to ensure the locking of the lining with the lock along the deadbolt [1]
However, even top-secret locks cannot provide reliable locking of the apartment door. This is due to the fact that the doors and the door frame have a number of weak points. So, for example, with a kick or a shoulder in a door that opens into the room, the following cases occur:
the thin part of the door breaks off near the mortise lock, the lock rotates and the bolt disengages from the lock plate;
a part of the door frame strapping is chipped off, on which lock plates that are out of engagement with lock bolts are fixed with wood screws;
break off at the end part of the door or the binding of the box in the places of hinges and doors are disconnected from the box;
a box with a door falls out of an opening in the wall together.

 There are also cases of hacking by removing the door from the hinges by lifting it up from the hinges.

 The purpose of the invention to increase the reliability of locking the door of residential premises.

 This goal is achieved by the fact that the device is equipped with screws, pins, lower and upper door plates, providing additional fastening of the mortise lock to the door, door plates and overlays for the binding of the box, providing in the hinge area additional grip of the door with the binding of the box in the transverse and longitudinal directions, and the teeth of the lower and upper door linings, located in the holes made on the wall of the ledge of the lock plate, provide adhesion of the lock with the lock plate. The lock plate and the lining on the box trim mounted on the hinge side are rigidly fixed with pins to the wall.

 Thus, the proposed device provides reliable fastening of the mortise lock to the door and its adhesion to the lock plate fixed to the wall with pins, additional fastening of the door when closed to the box in the hinge area and fastening the box with pins to the wall. Due to the combination of elements, the device eliminates the possibility of breaking the door in the simple ways described above.

 The device for fastening the lock, door and box contains a lock plate 1 installed opposite the mortise lock, having an opening 2 on the ledge wall and fixed to the wall with pins 3. The lower 4 and upper 5 door plates, which are angular in shape, are fixed by one shelf to the door from the side of the room and their other shelves, having a protrusion 6 located in the hole 2 of the lining 1, are located under the lower and upper flanges of the mortise lock and are connected to them by screws 7. Door lining 8, having an angular shape, one of the shelves of which is fixed to the inside the lower surface of the opposite part of the door to the lock, and others to its end and have a protrusion 9, facing the binding of the box. The pads 10 mounted on the box strapping and secured with pins 3 to the wall have an opening 11 in which the protrusion of the door lining 8 is located in the closed state of the door. The metal sheet 12 is intended to strengthen the door.

 The device operates as follows.

 When closing the door, the protrusions of the lower 4 and upper 5 door linings enter the holes 2 of the lining 1, and the protrusions 9 of the door lining 8 enter the holes 11 of the lining 10. Using the screws 7, the mortise lock is connected to the lining 4 and 5, which creates an additional lock fastening to door. Pins 3 securely fasten the lock plate 1 and the lining 10 on the box strapping directly to the wall.

 This technical solution is useful for millions of apartments in which a very small cross-section of the box strapping is installed, which is not fixed to the wall in any way, and the doors are glued from cardboard. So, for example, when you hit a door, the box trim near the lock plate will not break off, since the new lock is fixed directly to the wall through the trim, and the thin part of the door near the mortise lock does not break off, since it has an additional fastening to the door using the bottom and top door linings and screws. In addition, it is difficult to press the tool of the lock lining from the lock along the bolt, as this is prevented by the protrusions of the lower and upper door plates in the holes of the ledge of the lock plate. Hacking is also difficult in the hinge area, since the protrusions of the door plates located in the holes of the plates on the box strapping fastened directly with pins to the wall create an additional joint between the door and the box both horizontally and vertically. To exclude penetration into the door of the opening, it is recommended that the door be trimmed on the inside with tin or aluminum sheets. The lock pads of the additional locks must also be pinned to the wall.

 To strengthen the fastening of the lock to the door, the lower and upper door linings are made of separate parts so that they can be used for mortise locks of various sizes. For each type of new locks, one part can be manufactured and worn under the lock flange, and a new lock plate must also be used.

 The lining for the box strapping and the locking lining can also be made in the form of a corner, to the second shelf of which the doors will abut the outside.

 A device for securing a lock, a door and its box, containing pins, a door lining having a corner shape, one of the shelves of which is fixed on the inside of the door, and the other at its end and has a protrusion facing the box trim, a box lining having a corner shape , one of the shelves of which is located in the ledge of the harness and has an opening for the protrusion of the door lining, and a lock plate having a corner shape, one of the shelves of which is located in the ledge of the harness, while the box lining and the lock plate through the box lining fastened with pins to the wall, characterized in that it is equipped with upper and lower locking brackets having an angular shape and fixed by one shelf to the inner side of the door, while their other shelves are located respectively under the upper and lower ends of the lock flange, together with it are fixed on the end doors and have a protrusion above the outer side of the door of a given size, and on the other shelf of the lock lining holes are made for the protrusions of the lock brackets to enter when closing the door.
