Description

 The invention relates to medicine, in particular to cosmetology, and can be used as an agent against seborrhea of the scalp.

 A number of agents are known for caring for the scalp and for treating seborrhea (see, e.g., A.S. N 150204, 291398, 374085, 504536, 912168, 976986, 997681, 1472068, 1481953; French Patent N 2613222, A 61 K 7/48, 7/06; German patents NN 2604201, 3123943, A 61 K 7/06; Japan patent N 63-52006, A 61 K 7/00, 7/06).

 The disadvantages of these funds include the need for frequent and prolonged use, low effectiveness of the therapeutic effect, the continued formation of dandruff and hair loss.

Closest to the proposed is a hair care product containing from 10 ^-3 to 1 mg / ml of a product such as aromatic polyamine and from 0.1 to 10 mg / ml of a mixture of protein components and sulfuric amino acids in the form of a lyophilized placenta extract (see patent France N 2613222, CL A 61 K 7/48, 7/06).

 The disadvantages of this tool are the need for prolonged daily use, low effectiveness of exposure to the skin of the scalp, and in addition, the lack of specific activity in the treatment of seborrhea.

 The aim of the invention is to increase the biological activity of the drug in the treatment and prevention of seborrhea of the scalp.

 This goal is achieved in that the Sanjecla hair lotion contains Amniocene as a tissue preparation, as well as additional tincture of hellebore, perfume and distilled water, in the following ratio of components, wt.

Analysis of known similar solutions did not allow to identify a tool containing a combination of components that are included in the distinctive part of the claims, therefore, the proposed solution meets the criterion of "significant differences".

 Characterization of the components of the lotion.

 Tincture of hellebore 10 alcohol-water mixture with 70 alcohol (FS 42-2142-84). It has an antiseptic, astringent property, accelerates blood circulation in the skin of the scalp and bulb of the hair root, contributes to better absorption of nutrients and activation of metabolic processes.

 Amniocene is a biologically active tissue preparation based on human placenta, contains the sum of nucleic and hexuronic acids, has anti-inflammatory, absorbable and reparative effects (VFS 42-1676-86). The drug "Amniocene" is protected by copyright certificate N 1392684 (DSP).

 The dermatological activity of Amniocene is enhanced due to the high penetration of tincture of hellebore. The combination of these two drugs creates a synergistically acting complex that eliminates dandruff and improves the biochemical and physico-mechanical parameters of the hair and skin of the scalp by improving blood circulation and enhancing metabolic processes.

 Fragrance alcohol concentrate of essential oils with a pleasant smell.

 Lotion is prepared as follows.

 The tincture of hellebore and distilled water is loaded into the reactor, thoroughly mixed and settled in a cool, dark place for 3 hours. Then the liquid is filtered off from the precipitate formed and perfume and Amniocene preparation are added to it with constant stirring.

 The finished lotion is stored in a cool, dark place. During storage, precipitation is permissible, which does not indicate a deterioration in the quality of the lotion. Shake well before use.

 Indications: Seborrhea of the scalp.

 Contraindications: None.

 Side effect: None.

 The course of treatment: 1 time per week for a month.

 Prevention: 1 time per month.

 How to use: Before washing the hair, apply lotion to the hair slightly moistened with water with a cotton swab, rub it into the scalp with your fingertips, then tie a cellophane or cotton scarf, hold for 30-45 minutes, and then wash your hair with Baby or Egg soap , or ordinary shampoo, half diluted with water.

 To determine the optimal ratio of the components of the lotion, a series of experiments were performed, each in five replicates.

 Determination of the optimal content of Amniocene. To prepare the lotion, 5 containers were prepared, each of which was loaded with 19 wt. tincture hellebore and 0.5 wt. perfumes, then 3.0 were added to each container, respectively; 3.5; 4.0; 4,5; 5.0 wt. Amniocene and topped up to obtain 100 wt. distilled water.

 The results of the experiment are summarized in table. 1.

 The use of the five obtained lotions showed that the best effect on the disappearance of dandruff was exerted by samples 2, 3 and 4, containing Amniocene, in which 3.5-4.5 wt. In the presence of 3.0 wt. "Amniocene" therapeutic effect was absent, and with its content of 5.0 wt. there is no improvement in the therapeutic effect compared to samples 2-4, i.e. a further increase in the Amniocene lotion in the lotion is impractical. Thus, the optimal content of Amniocene in the lotion is 3.5-4.5 wt.

 Determination of the optimal content of hellebore tincture. 4.0 wt.% Were loaded into each of the five containers. Amniocene and 0.5 wt. perfumes, and then added respectively 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 wt. tinctures of hellebore and added up to 100 wt. distilled water.

 The results are presented in table. 2.

 When testing the obtained lotions, it was found that the first sample does not provide a therapeutic effect during the first month of use; the second sample showed its effectiveness after the second application, and the third and fourth samples ensured the disappearance of dandruff after the first application. When using the fifth sample, patients noted the presence of burning during exposure to the lotion. Thus, the optimal content in the proposed lotion is 18-20 wt. tinctures chemeritsa.

 Determination of optimal perfume content. Five prepared containers contained 4.0 wt. Amniocene and 19.0 wt. tinctures chemeritsa. 0.25, respectively, was added to each of the containers; 0.5; 0.75; 1.0; 1.25 wt. perfumes, then added to 100 wt. distilled water.

 The results of the experiment are presented in table. 3.

 As follows from the table. 3, the optimal content of perfume lotion is in the range of 0.5-1.0 wt. A smaller amount does not give the lotion a pleasant smell, and a larger one leads to a pungent odor.

 Below in the table. 4 provides examples of proposed Sanjecla lotion formulations.

 PRI me R. To obtain 100 l of lotion, 20 l of tincture of hellebore and 74.5 l of distilled water were loaded into the reactor, mixed and left to stand for 3 hours. Then the precipitate was filtered off and 4.5 L of Amniocene and 1 L of perfume were added. The mixture was thoroughly mixed and packaged in glass containers.

Clinical trials of the lotion were carried out in the Republican Dermatovenerologic Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Moldova on a group of people suffering from seborrhea, aged 9 to 65 years (a total of 42 people, men and women), of which:
9 people with increased hair loss and dry dandruff;
5 people with increased hair loss and oily dandruff;
8 people only with copious dry dandruff;
17 people with fat dandruff only;
3 people only with increased hair loss.

 In addition, the effect of the proposed lotion was studied at the Department of Dermatovenereology of the Chisinau State Medical Institute on a group of people suffering from seborrhea of the scalp, in the amount of 37 people, aged 11 to 55 years.

 As clinical trials have shown, all patients after the first use of the lotion felt relief of their condition: the number of hair falling out decreased, the formation of dandruff decreased, the itching was less worried. These phenomena almost completely stopped after the II-IV application of the lotion. Not a single case of an allergic or irritating effect was noted. Hair acquired a healthy appearance, softness, elasticity.

 Thus, the invention provides the creation of a new highly effective agent for the treatment and prevention of seborrhea of the scalp. The proposed lotion has no contraindications, does not cause complications and side effects, does not have an irritating, sensitizing and allergenic effect, does not adversely affect the skin morphology. The lotion is convenient to use: it is used no more than 1 time per week, and before shampooing, its exposure time is minimal, and the effect is noted after the first application. The course of treatment is not more than 4 applications, with the preventive purpose it is enough to use it no more than 1 time per month.

The high therapeutic and prophylactic effectiveness of the lotion ensures the complete cessation of dandruff, the elimination of itching, the reduction of oily hair, the reduction of hair loss and giving them a lively, healthy appearance, elasticity and natural shine. The achievement of such biochemical and physical-mechanical indicators is ensured by the fact that the proposed lotion has the following dermatological effect:
improves blood circulation;
enhances metabolic processes;
regenerates and tones the skin;
saturates hair roots with vitamins, hormones, amino acids.
