The considered solution allows, after absorbing the secretions in the first inner layer, to transform them into a gel in the intermediate layer and then prevent them from penetrating outside the body due to the outer waterproof layer. In this case, the device is compact, since all layers of the material of the body are located inside the body, in which the penis is located.

The disadvantage of this solution is the implementation of the first inner layer with a flat surface, which during nocturnal emissions can lead to slippage of part of the discharge along the penis from top to bottom towards the inlet of the body. The claimed device operates as follows.

On the second intermediate layer 8, pockets 5 of the first inner layer 4 are formed.
