Abstract
1. СПОСОБ УТИЛИЗАЦИИ МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКИХ ОТХОДОВ, ЗАГРЯЗНЕННЫХ РАДИОНУКЛИДАМИ, включающий разделку отходов, контроль радиоактивной загрязненности с расчетом допустимого уровня, плвление в индукционной печи на воздухе с добавлением рафинирующих флюсов, наведение и удаление шлака, разливку металли в изложницы и контроль слитков металла, отличающийся тем, что после стадии контроля радиоактивной загрязненности при превышении расчетного допустимого уровня осуществляют дезактивацию металлических отходов, а плавление отходов проводят с многократным дополнительным наведением и удалением шлака, при этом количество операций наведения и удаления шлака определяют по формуле:n = 1(C) /1(T),где n - количество операций наведения и удаления шлака;C - необходимая кратность удаления шлака;T - кратность разбавления шлака за один цикл.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что дезактивацию металлических отходов осуществляют методом, обеспечивающим глубокую очистку от радионуклидов с высоким сродством к металлу.3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что скаченный во время дополнительного наведения и удаления шлак используют в качестве рафинирующего флюса при переплавке последующей партии металлических отходов.1. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the decontamination of metal waste is carried out by a method that provides deep cleaning from radionuclides with a high affinity for metal. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the slag downloaded during the additional guidance and removal is used as a refining flux in the remelting of the subsequent batch of metal waste.
