Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the drilling of oil and gas wells, in particular to the separation of layers, the attachment of oil and gas wells.
A well-known grouting mixture, including a binder based on low-basic hydrosilicates of calcium and water, with the aim of increasing the strength of reducing the setting time and increasing linear expansion at low temperatures [1]
A well-known grouting mixture, including Portland cement and a carbonate additive, as a binder contains a mixture of two-water gypsum and carboaluminate sludge [2]
The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of cement stone, reducing water loss and density of grouting fluid injected into the well, reducing the consumption of Portland cement and increasing the setting time of grouting grout.
This is achieved by using as a filler marble powder (flour) in an amount of 10-50% of the total volume of grouting mortar.
The table shows the effect of marble powder on the technological parameters of cement slurry.
The following are specific examples of the implementation of this method.
т.Marble powder (industrial waste) is a fine powder of white or cream color with a particle size of 0.1-0.25 mm, with a density of 1.9-2.22 g / cm 3 . By its chemical composition, it contains 95% CaCO 3 and CaO, Fe 2 O 3 and other oxides. The bulk density is 3650-2900 kg / m 3 , the compressive strength is 500-2500 kgf / cm 2 , the abrasion is 0.9 to 3.2 g / cm 2 , the water absorption is from 0.15 to 0.5% of the total waste of marble powder is 50 thousand tons per year in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The annual consumption of cement in the oil and gas sectors of the republic is 100-120 thousand tons.
П р и м е р 1. PRI me R 1. The mixture contains cement cement 70 wt.
П р и м е р 2. PRI me R 2. The grouting mortar is prepared according to the following content, grouting
П р и м е р 3-4. PRI me R 3-4. Prepare a grouting mortar as follows, wt. cement grouting 60-50, marble powder 35-43, Shorsuysky clay (bentonite) 5-7, W / C ratio 0.8-1. The density of the solution is 1.55-1.38 g / cm 3 , spreadability 22-23 cm according to AzNII, water separation 2-3 thickening time 2
The use of marble powder as a component of grouting can significantly save grouting cement and bentonite clay, reliably seal annular space, increase the ductility and strength of groutstone, prevent brittle fracture of cement stone during perforation, and also improve technical and economic performance of well construction.
