Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a technology for the disposal of wastewater from soluble impurities and can be used in all industries, utilities and agriculture for the treatment of wastewater, mainly from heavy metal ions.
A known method of wastewater treatment using ion exchangers while simultaneously affecting the initial solution and ion exchanger of a magnetic field [1]
A known method of wastewater treatment from heavy metal ions of predominantly galvanic production by exposure to high-quality electromagnetic field, which allows purification from nickel, copper, zinc, chromium to the MPC method [2]
Closest to the invention is a method of wastewater treatment of galvanic production, including sorption of metals by passing the solution through a weakly basic anion exchange resin in the OH - form [3]
However, the use of a method for the disposal of waste water from the prototype inevitably leads to the need for post-treatment of effluents with one of the known methods for the extraction of impurities. In addition, the increase in capital and operating costs for the implementation of post-treatment systems significantly reduces the effectiveness of the technology used.
The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of extraction of impurity ions.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the known method of purification of wastewater from galvanic production from heavy metal ions, including sorption of metals by passing the solution through a weakly basic anion exchange resin in the OH - form, the wastewater is pre-treated with a pulsed low-frequency electromagnetic field before sorption.
The drawing shows a device for implementing the proposed method.
Recycled wastewater waste 1 contaminated with heavy metals from
4. In the process of experimental work, the following was monitored: the consumption of the utilized mass (liquid), the parameters of the pulsed low-frequency electromagnetic field, the concentration of impurities in
As a
As the investigated utilized wastewater wastes, wastewater was used from the nodes for treatment of solutions of PTO, SKP, MSP, AvtoVAZ galvanic workshop.
Samples of solutions were analyzed for impurities by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
The data characterizing the change in the concentrations of impurities in solutions (in the processes of sorption processing of low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic processing and the prototype method and the proposed method), averaged in a series of one hundred experiments in order to exclude random errors using the experimental design theory, are given in the table.
Thus, the use of the proposed method of wastewater treatment provides a comprehensive discrete disposal of heavy metal ions, rare earth elements, while the level of waste disposal meets the requirements of MPC.
Using this method allows us to solve the problem of extracting the necessary elements from waste and the use of slag as building materials and products, which leads to an improvement in the environmental situation.
