Description
The invention relates to electropulse destruction of solids, namely substandard or outdated building products, structures, as well as walls of buildings or technical structures, and can be used in construction or the building materials industry.
Known electro-hydraulic crusher containing a cylindrical body in the form of a thin-walled metal glass with a flange filled with water, two electrodes mounted coaxially to it, connected to a high-voltage pulse generator, an electrical insulator, coaxial electrodes [1]
However, this crusher can only be used for the destruction (crushing) of individual building materials of small dimensions or fragments of previously destroyed building structures, and not the structures themselves.
It is also known a device for electropulse destruction of solids containing a high-voltage pulse generator, a housing and two electrodes fixed in the housing and connected to a generator [2] A hole is drilled in the object to be destroyed, which is filled with water. Two electrodes are placed in a hole filled with water. When the high-voltage pulse generator is turned on, breakdown occurs in the water filling the hole, and the shock wave that occurs during breakdown, acting on the material of the object being destroyed, leads to its destruction.
This device can be used to destroy objects in which only vertical holes can be made. In addition, the device is characterized by low efficiency, since a spherical shock wave is generated, and low efficiency of the use of electric energy.
The objective of the invention is the development of a device for electropulse fracture of solids with such a working body, the constructive implementation of which would provide an increase in the magnitude and effectiveness of the force impact on the material of the object being destroyed, an increase in the efficiency of use of electric energy, an increase in the duration of the working cycle and working capacity for any spatial orientation of the working body.
To this end, a device for electropulse destruction of solids containing a metal housing and two electrodes connected to a high-voltage pulse generator, according to the invention, is equipped with a dielectric sleeve and an electrical insulator with a through hole, the body is made in the form of a thin-walled cup, inside of which there is a dielectric sleeve and at the open end which is fixed to an electrical insulator with the formation of a sealed cavity filled with water, the electrodes are made in the form of bushings connected by m waiting a thin wire mounted coaxially and the axis of the housing respectively in a hole in the electrical insulator and the hole formed in the bottom portion of the housing, wherein the outer diameter of the dielectric sleeve is equal to the inner diameter of the housing, and its length equals the length of the cavity beaker filled with water.
It is advisable that the housing from the side of the open end was provided with a flange.
It is advantageous for at least one of the electrodes to be mounted with the possibility of axial movement and fixation.
0,2D≅l≅L-2d, где l расстояние между электродами, м;
L длина полости, заполненной водой, м;
d диаметр полости, м;
Preferably, the distance between the electrodes satisfies the inequality
0,2D≅l≅L-2d, where l is the distance between the electrodes, m;
L the length of the cavity filled with water, m;
d cavity diameter, m;
D outer diameter of the body, m.
It is advisable that the total wall thickness of the dielectric sleeve and the housing be at least five times less than the wavelength of the pressure pulse that occurs during electric discharge, and the thickness of the dielectric sleeve is selected from the condition of strength during electrical breakdown.
увеличение выделяемой при генерации ударной волны энергии за счет того, что величина индуктивности коаксиальной нагрузки генератора высоковольтных импульсов минимальна, а следовательно, скорость нарастания электрического тока и его величина максимальны;
увеличение механической работы за счет того, что магнитная энергия разрядного тока сосредоточена внутри цилиндрического корпуса, а следовательно, к ударной волне, возникающей при взрыве проволочки, добавляется ударная волна, обусловленная расширением корпуса под действием магнитного давления, пропорционального квадрату индукции азимутального магнитного поля на его внутренней поверхности;
увеличение длительности рабочего цикла за счет того, что при коаксиальной симметрии элементов нагрузки генератора высоковольтных импульсов имеет место аксиально-симметричное сжатие токового шнура к оси корпуса азимутальным магнитным полем разрядного тока, а следовательно, пары материала взорванного проводника удерживаются достаточно длительное время в приосевой области корпуса, сохраняя более высокую электропроводность центральной зоны разрядного промежутка;
увеличение эффективности разрушающего воздействия при одновременном снижении механических напряжений в корпусе при генерации ударных волн за счет того, что обеспечивается цилиндрическая симметрия ударно-волнового фронта деформации, совпадающая с симметрией корпуса;
This embodiment of the device for electropulse fracture of solids provides
an increase in the energy released during the generation of the shock wave due to the fact that the inductance of the coaxial load of the high-voltage pulse generator is minimal, and therefore, the rate of rise of the electric current and its value are maximum;
increased mechanical work due to the fact that the magnetic energy of the discharge current is concentrated inside the cylindrical body, and therefore, a shock wave is added to the shock wave arising from the explosion of the wire, due to the expansion of the body under the influence of magnetic pressure proportional to the square of the induction of the azimuthal magnetic field on its internal surface;
an increase in the duration of the working cycle due to the fact that, with the coaxial symmetry of the load elements of the high-voltage pulse generator, there is axially-symmetric compression of the current cord to the housing axis with the azimuthal magnetic field of the discharge current, and therefore, pairs of material of the exploded conductor are held for a rather long time in the axial region of the housing, maintaining higher electrical conductivity of the central zone of the discharge gap;
increasing the effectiveness of the destructive action while reducing mechanical stresses in the body during the generation of shock waves due to the fact that the cylindrical symmetry of the shock wave front of deformation, which coincides with the symmetry of the body;
operability for any orientation of the case in space, since the cavity filled with liquid is sealed.
In addition, the presence of a flange on the casing allows the casing to be fixed on the destructible object and to exclude the casing from the hole during the generation of shock waves in objects made of low strength material.
The execution of one of the electrodes with the possibility of axial movement and fixation makes it possible to simplify the assembly process, since the thin wire is tensioned not simultaneously with the securing of its second end, but after assembly of the entire device.
The proposed relationship for the distance between the electrodes allows for the cylindrical symmetry of the shock wave within the working body and to eliminate the edge effects of the explosion, distorting the cylindrical structure of the plasma cavity.
It is necessary that the thickness of the dielectric sleeve and the shell walls be less than the wavelength of the breaking stress pulse, since thin layers of dissimilar materials with different acoustic impedances do not affect the wave introduced into the material of the destroyed object, and the durability of the shell increases.
The drawing shows the proposed device.
13. The device for electric-pulse destruction of solids contains a
The device operates as follows.
A hole with a diameter equal to the diameter of the
When the
The pressure wave arising from the expansion of the gas channel in a condensed medium, such as water, passes to the
The proposed device allows to increase the efficiency of the destruction of solids due to the implementation of not only one electric discharge in the
2. The increase in the duration of the working cycle of the
A feature of the work of the proposed device is the occurrence of inductive overvoltage at the electrical terminals of the
As shown by experimental verification, the
After filling the
