Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: proposed agent contains at least one layer being manufactured on the base of fiber and powder medical sorbent. Synthetic and biologic polymers, namely polylactides, polyglycolides, polyvinylpirrolidone, polyvinylcaprolactam, collagen, alginate, hitozan and others may be used as mentioned above fiber. Sorbent on the base of cross-linked polysaccharides, polyacrylates, cellulose ether and derivatives of polyvinyl alcohol may be used as mentioned above powder sorbent. Proposed agent has microfibrous structure which may be prepared directly on the surface of treated wound. Said agent also may be manufactured as multilayer one and may additionally contain medical preparations and proteolytic ferments. EFFECT: improves quality of agent. 3 cl, 1 tbl

Description

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and is intended for the treatment of wounds and first aid.

In the practice of treating wounds of various etiologies and genesis, dosage forms such as medical sorbents, which have a hemostatic, draining effect, provide an outflow from the wound of the microbial flora, and have beneficial effects on local immune processes in the wound, are of great importance.

However, when using these powdered dosage forms, the dosage of their use and the inconvenience of fixation in certain parts of the body are of particular difficulty.

A dressing is known made of a biodegradable matrix with an injected drug, the matrix base being formed from polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone.

However, the structural features of this dressing do not allow it to be layered, including with a protective hydrophobic layer, and to introduce such dosage forms as medical sorbents into the matrix, which significantly reduces the range of its functional properties.

The aim of the invention is the creation of a dressing with a set of desired properties, including hemostatic, sorption, protective.

In addition, the aim of the invention is the possibility of forming a microfiber dressing directly on the wound surface by electrostatic spraying, adjusting the composition accordingly with the nature of the grass (burn, open wound) and the course of the wound process.

Used cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol (gelatin), manufactured according to TU 6-05-05-279-88; polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), mol.m. 35,000-50000; polyvinylcaprolactam (PVC), mol.m. 40000-1000000; BF-2 glue (15% ethanol solution of polyvinyl butyral and phenol-formaldehyde resin of the Resol brand in the ratio 1: 1), produced according to GOST 12-172-74; poly-d, l-lactide; chitosan used in the invention is a polysaccharide secreted from the crab shell.

The test results of this tool (in various versions) are presented in the table.
