Abstract
Description
The invention relates to pyrotechnic products and can be used to equip park and high-altitude fireworks.
The closest technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a pyrotechnic torch for fireworks, consisting of a shell in which there is a spark-force composition, pyroelements, and the bottom.
When the sleeve capsule is pricked, a beam of fire ignites the expelling charge, which pushes the torch. At the same time, a sparkling and violet composition lights up. Pyroelements (in the form of colored fire tablets) are stacked in rows above the torch in such a way that hot gases can wash their surface and simultaneously ignite them. After the torch burns out, pyroelements ignite. The pressure in the torch body increases and burning pyro elements are pushed out, burning in the form of a fan.
The disadvantage of the prototype device is the inability to provide entertainment in the form of certain figures, for example asters, chrysanthemums, since burning pyroelements are scattered in the form of a cloud with unstable trajectories.
The aim of the invention is to increase the spectacular effect.
1,1-1,2. This is achieved by the fact that in the pyrotechnic torch for fireworks containing the shell, in which the spark-force composition, pyroelements are located, the bottom, between the shell made of combustible material, and the pyroelements, an annular cavity is formed in which the igniter-blow charge is located, the burning rate of the shell material is greater than the burning speed of the spark-force composition, and the ratio of the distances of the center of pressure and the center of mass from the end of the shell opposite the bottom is 1.1-1.2.
The drawing shows a torch, a longitudinal section.
5. The torch consists of a shell 1, a spark-force composition 2, pyroelements (tablets) 3, a flame-ignition charge 4, bottom 5.
Pyrotechnic torch works as follows.
3. Torches are placed in a high-altitude firework between the outer surface of the inner and inner surfaces of the outer balls. Fireworks are fired from a special launch tube. Upon reaching a certain height, the moderators burn out, the high-level fireworks of the high-altitude fireworks are triggered, the balls open. In this case, the spark-force composition of 2 torches is ignited with their simultaneous spread. Due to the fact that the centers of mass and pressure are located at different distances from the end of the shell opposite to the bottom 5, the torch unfolds with a spark-force composition towards the oncoming air flow. As the spark-force composition burns out, the 2 centers of pressure and masses are gradually aligned, which leads to a loss of stability of movement by the torch. To avoid this, the torch shell 1 is made combustible in such a way that its combustion rate exceeds the linear burning rate of the composition by about two times (taking into account the thermal and erosive effects of the flame torch washing the surface of the shell from the outside). Due to this, the part of the torch filled with sparkling-force composition 2 and moving towards the flow acquires a spherical shape. Thus, it is given an aerodynamic amount that helps stabilize the trajectory of the movement up to the unpacking of the pyroelements 3.
After the spark-force composition 2 burns out, an ignition-blast charge 4 is activated, which performs two functions - ejecting the remains of unburned composition 2 and slags to facilitate the release of pyroelements (tablets) 3 and igniting them during unpacking.
Ignited pyroelements 3 give the tracks from the sparkling-force composition 2 branched ends, which enhances the spectacular effect.
