Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, and is intended for the processing of livestock and plant waste into fertilizers when using earthworms.
М., 1991). The main component for obtaining vermicompost using earthworms, including California, is the manure of livestock farms (Pokrovskaya S.F. Use of earthworms for processing organic waste and increasing soil fertility (vermiculture). Overview. M., 1991).
Recently, various components have been added to compost for manure, for example, waste from the pulp and paper industry and the brewing industry (Komalova I. Vermigumus - an excellent fertilizer. - The owner. 1991, N 6, p. 17); bird droppings with straw (Melnik I.A. Agriculture, 1991, N 8, p. 68); there are links to the use of mushroom compost, cotton waste, slaughterhouses, rotten hay, garden tops and more.
А 01 К 67/00, 1982). As a prototype, a method was chosen for preparing vermicompost and growing larvae of synanthropic flies, the medium for which was a mixture of manure and rumen contents of slaughtered animals in a ratio of 70 ... 95 to 30 ... 5 (USSR Author's Certificate N 954079, class A 01 K 67 / 00, 1982).
The disadvantage of this method is the need for the contents of the scar, which can be obtained only when slaughtering cattle.
Improving the efficiency and reducing the cost of the method, including the production of both vermicompost and worms for further use in composting and implementation, can be achieved by using cheap components as a nutrient medium.
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that as a substrate for the production of vermicompost with compost worms, a mixture of litter from cattle and fruit and vegetable waste was used, in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
Litter manure 90 ... 50
Fruit and vegetable waste 50 ... 10
The substrate is prepared as follows.
At a special compost site, fruit and vegetable waste is mixed with cattle litter in the appropriate proportion, where manure should be at least 50%. The mixture is carefully watered with large portions of water to wash out harmful ammonia compounds and salts. The humidity of the mixture should be about 80%. The mixture is laid in collars in such a way as to maximize the working conditions. Before settling it compost worms substrate in two modes: first, in the thermophilic temperature of 50 ... 60 ° C; and then in the mesophilic at a temperature of 25 ... 35 about C. The term of the first period is about 10 days. In the second period, to prevent spontaneous combustion, the substrate is shoveled and periodically watered with water, slurry or sewage from the compost site, maintaining a humidity of about 70%. After the compost has been set at ambient temperature, it is ready for worms to populate and live. Compost should preferably have the following parameters: humidity 70 ... 80%; pH 6.5 ... 7.5; mineral content up to 10%; crude protein content not more than 25%; lack of pesticides, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia in significant quantities, solid pollution.
П р и м е р 1. EXAMPLE 1. 70 kg of litter manure from an MTF fattening herd farm and 30 kg of waste from a vegetable base (rotten potatoes, darkened cabbage forks and a small amount of carrots) were taken. The mixture was formed into a shoulder and watered with water for a day. Then left for decay. The total exposure time is 25 days. Compost was taken from the specified collar and filled a box-box 2 x 0.3 x 1 m to a thickness of 15 cm. The substrate was populated with earthworms in an amount of 20 thousand individuals. Every 5 days the state of the worms was monitored - their mobility, the presence of cocoons. After 30 days, they were fed with fresh compost of the same composition. After 30 days, the worms were counted and a physico-chemical study of vermicompost was made, as a result of which it was found that the latter meets the requirements of TU-10 RSFSR-21-271-91, that is, it contains,%: humidity 52; organic matter 35; humic substances 27; total nitrogen 2; total phosphorus 2.6; total potassium 2.7; trace elements, mg / kg: zinc 19; Manganese 94; boron 16; iron 74; cobalt 0.16; copper 0.52; sulfur 34; 2.4 D no. Radioactivity - natural background, pH 7.4. A kilogram of biohumus contains 4.1 410 6 non-pathogenic microbial bodies.
П р и м е р 2. PRI me R 2. 40 kg of manure and 60 kg of waste from a vegetable base were taken. All composting parameters were maintained, as in the first example, but composting failed. It depends on a large amount of moisture, lack of warming due to the mismatch of the environment for thermophilic microflora. In the resulting mixture, earthworms are inactive and do not form cocoons.
П р и м е р 3. PRI me R 3. It was taken 100 kg of manure and carried out all the manipulations, as in the first example. No vegetable production waste was added. Composting went well, vermicompost meets the requirements of TU. But the cost of humus is much higher than in the first example.
Achieving this goal - increasing efficiency is achieved through the use of available raw materials.
Achieving this goal - reducing the cost of vermicompost achieved through the use of waste materials that have not been disposed of before. And although the entry of spoiled vegetables into waste increases the cost of the main remaining product, it is impossible to realize the waste, since it is unsuitable even for animal feed.
The use of the invention allows to obtain an economic effect due to the cheapness of the feedstock, with the exception of the cost of utilization of waste vegetable production, the more environmentally friendly it is to use the waste for processing on vermicompost than to leave in drives. In turn, the use of vermicompost as a fertilizer increases the yield of all grain and vegetable crops. The earthworms grown on the developed substrate are sold as planting material for manure processing and as protein feed for livestock and poultry.
