Наиболее близким к предлагаемому стеклу по химическому составу и свойствам является стекло для стекловолокна следующего состава, мас, %: SiO2 53,5-57, Al2O3 13-15, B2O3 7-9, CaO 16-25, MgO 0-6, Na2O 0,4-1, Li2O 0,1-0,5, F 0,1-0,4. Технология изготовления стекловолокна следующая. Стекло варят в ванной печи непрерывного действия при температуре 1520-1580оС. Для варки используют следующие сырьевые материалы: кварцевый песок, известняк, глинозем, плавиковый шпат, борную кислоту и др. Из расплава формируют стеклянные шарики для последующего производства из них стекловолокна или непрерывное стекловолокно нужного диаметра.The manufacturing technology of fiberglass is as follows.
