Среди препаратов этой группы с данной фармакологической направленностью известно лекарственное средство "Секуфедрин" для лечения энуреза. Among the drugs of this group with this pharmacological orientation, the drug Sekufedrin is known for the treatment of enuresis.

Секуфедрин представляет собой комплексный препарат с содержанием в каждой таблетке: секуринин 2 мг, экстракт белладонны 4 мг, эфедрин 8 мг, витамины В₁ 10 мл, глюконат кальция 100 мл. Благодаря специфическим свойствам различных компонентов препарат оказывает разносторонний эффект: возбуждает центральную нервную систему, уменьшает глубину ночного сна, усиливает спинномозговые рефлексы и понижает тонус парасимпто- тической нервной системы. Курс лечения 30-40 дней. При необходимости после 2-3 месячного перерыва курс лечения можно повторить. Однако данный препарат мало эффективен у детей с различными задеpжками развития и, кроме того, он мало эффективен при ночном недержании мочи. При лечении препаратом секуфедрин ребенка необходимо резко ограничивать в питье, ужин (около 7 ч) должен состоять ил полужидкого, вязкого блюда.
