Способ получения пентавалентной субъединичной вакцины против ОРВИ, включающий культивирование вирусов гриппа подтипов A (H1N1), A (H3N2), B/Yamagata lineage, B/Victoria lineage в развивающихся куриных эмбрионах с последующим отделением вируссодержащей аллантоисной жидкости, концентрированием, очисткой, инактивацией и расщеплением вируса, его последующим центрифугированием и ультрафильтрацией; культивирование клеток, экспрессирующих рекомбинантный антиген-рекомбинантный белок RBD-Fc в культуральную среду с последующей его очисткой; сведение моновакцин в поливакцину с добавлением адъюванта на основе природного бетулина в соотношении антиген-носитель 1:1,25-12,5.1.
