Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of packaging, namely to containers intended for packing and storing various small items, including construction fasteners. The sectional container contains a lid and an axisymmetric base in the form of a cup with side walls, a central element and radial inner partitions forming separate sections. The lid is equipped with a central snap fastener, which allows it to be fixed in the mating hole of the central element of the base. Description

The utility model relates to the field of packaging, namely to containers intended for packing and storing various small items, including construction fasteners.

A container with a lid is known from the prior art for packaging and storing various materials (see patent RU 166645, class B65D 1/00, publ. 10.12.2016). The container contains a removable flat cover and a housing including a flat bottom rigidly connected to the side walls. The container is equipped with fixing means that provide the possibility of detachable fastening of the lid with the upper edge sections of the walls of the body and the bottom, made to ensure that the bottom and the lid in the fastened position do not fit tightly to the outer surface of the bottom. The main disadvantage of the known device is the limited scope of its application.

The closest in technical essence to the claimed device is a sectional container containing an axisymmetric base in the form of a glass with side walls, a central element and radial internal partitions forming separate sections, and a corresponding cover (see patent RU 27056, class B65D 1/00, publ. 10.01.2003). The disadvantages of the known device are the limited possibilities of its application and the unreliability of fastening the lid, which increases the likelihood of mixing the contents of the container sections.

The technical problem is the elimination of these disadvantages and the creation of a container with improved performance characteristics, an extended range of applications (unification) and a high degree of transformability. The technical result consists in increasing the reliability of the separation of the sections from each other due to a more rigid fastening of the cover.

The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that in a sectional container containing an axisymmetric base in the form of a glass with side walls, a central element and radial internal partitions forming separate sections, and a corresponding lid, the said lid is equipped with a central fastening-latch, providing the possibility of fixing in the mating hole of the central element of the base. The side wall of the base is preferably provided with an additional lock-lock, and the lid is provided with a mating tongue to it. The lid is preferably provided with tear-off bridges to control access to the contents of the container. The lid is equipped with a wing with a hole for placing elements on the hangers of commercial equipment. The inner surface of the lid is equipped with a universal bit holder.

The offered sectional container consists of a plastic cover 1, a base 2 and a central clip-fastener 3.

The lid 1 is equipped with a wing with an opening 4, on which the container can be hung on items of commercial equipment (slots), and a tongue 5 of a lock-lock made on the side wall of the base 2 to keep it in one position.

On the inner surface of the cover 1, a universal attachment 6 of a bit (tool) is made, suitable for the fasteners contained in the container. In addition, tear-off bridges 7 are made in the lid 1 to control access to the contents and finger hooks 8, which simplify the opening of the container.

On the front surface of the cover there is an information field 9 for placing technical and advertising information about the product, and in the lower part there is a platform 10 for installation on a shelf. The back surface 11 of the base 2 is made transparent to allow viewing the contents of the container.

The outer surface of the side wall 2 is provided with anti-slip grooves 12 for convenient hand rotation, and the inner surface is provided with partitions that form the sections. In addition, the side wall is provided with a hidden reinforced hole 15 of the lock-lock.

The snap fastener 3 is formed by a hidden flange 16, which is located in the recess of the cover 1, and self-folding tabs 17 to ensure quick connection with the edges of the through hole of the central element 18 of the base 2 of the sectional container.

The proposed container is used as follows.

The sections formed by the inner partitions 14 are used for placing articles to be sold in the proposed container. Then the base 2 is covered with a lid 1, the tongue 5 is inserted into the hole 15, thereby closing the lock-lock and fixing the parts from mutual rotation. After that, a latch mount 3 is installed in the hole of the central element 18 and pressed on the countersunk flange 16 until the self-folding petals 17 pass through the cover 1 and base 2 and straighten to the initial position with a click. After clicking, parts 1 and 2 are securely connected. In this form, the product is ready to be mounted on a shelf mount on a hanger or laid out in a vending machine.

The implementation of the proposed design of the container with the central fastening of the lid 1 to the base 2, ensures its rigid position and tight fit to the internal partitions 14, which ensures reliable separation of the sections and excludes the possibility of mixing their contents.
