Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of one embodiment of a storage box 10 according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the storage box 10 includes a main body 100 and a cover 200. The cover 200 is at least partially fitted over the main body 100. The body 100 and/or the lid 200 of the storage box 10 may be, for example, paper, plastic, or made of other suitable materials. The storage box can be used for storing, for example, candies, medicines, jewelry and the like.
In particular, as shown in the exploded view of fig. 3, the body 100 and the cap 200 may have the form of an elongated cylinder, and the cylinder wall of the cap 200 may cover a majority, e.g., more than half, of the cylinder wall of the body 100. As also shown in fig. 3, the magazine 10 has a mounting axis X along which the various portions of the magazine can be mounted together.
The body 100 may have a cylindrical shape, and/or the cover 200 may have a cylindrical shape. The main body 100 may have a main body opening 190, and the stored objects may enter the receiving space of the main body 100 through the main body opening 190. A cover 200 covers the body opening 190.
As shown in fig. 3, the body includes a plurality of chambers that open at a body opening 190. There are shown 4 chambers 181, 182, 183 and 184, which are formed by dividing the receiving space of the main body 100 using partitions 186. Thus, the storage box 10 can accommodate different stored articles in different chambers of the main body 100, facilitating sorting and access of the stored articles, and accommodating multiple stored articles in the same storage box also facilitates simultaneous carrying of multiple articles without separately preparing a container for each article. Although 4 chambers are shown in fig. 3, it is understood that the number of chambers may be set as desired.
The storage box 10 may further include a flap 400 installed at the body opening 190. The flap 400 has substantially the same shape as the body opening 190 of the body 100 to be able to be fixed to the body 100 at the body opening 190. For example, in the example of fig. 3, the flap 400 and the body opening 190 both have a generally circular shape. The flap 140 may be fixed to the body 100 by means of adhesion. The flap 400 may be made of the same material as the body 100,
the baffle 400 may have a shielding portion 410 for shielding at least one chamber. In the example shown in fig. 3, the shield 410 shields the chamber 184. The barrier 400 also has windows 420 corresponding to the chambers other than the shielded chamber, respectively, so that the stored materials can be introduced into the corresponding chambers through the windows. Referring specifically to the example shown in fig. 3, the curtain 410 corresponds in position to the chamber 184, while the 3 windows 420 correspond to the chambers 181, 182 and 183, respectively. Thus, items desired to be stored in the three chamber chambers 181, 182 and 183, respectively, may be placed into the chambers through the corresponding windows.
The cover 200 of the storage box according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The cover 200 may have a cover sidewall 210 and a top 220, and the cover sidewall 21 may extend from the top 220 toward the body 100. Preferably, the top 220 is substantially parallel to the barrier 400 and close to each other for smoother storage and removal of items. The top 220 of the lid 200 is provided with a top opening 221 corresponding to at least one of the chambers. Thus, when the cover 200 is rotated with respect to the main body 100, the top opening 221 can selectively stay at the position of the blocking portion 410 to close the storage box 10, or stay at the position in one of the windows 420 so that the top opening 221 and the corresponding window 420 and the corresponding chamber communicate to store or take out the article.
The storage box 10 according to the present invention further includes a fixing member 300. The fixing member 300 fixes the main body 100 and the cover 200 together. As shown particularly in fig. 1 to 3, the fixing member 300 may be, for example, integrally formed in a band shape extending around the body 100 and the cover 200. The fixing member 300 may extend around the entire circumference of the main body 100 and the cover 200, so that the main body 100 and the cover 200 can be stably fixed together (cannot rotate relative to each other) when the storage box 10 is not in use, and thus, the articles pre-loaded in the storage box are not easily dropped out. The securing member 300 may be paper, plastic, or made of other suitable materials.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fixing member 300 may include a first portion 310 fixed to the body 100 and a second portion 320 fixed to the cover 200. The first portion 310 of the fixing member 300 may be fixed to the body 100 by means of, for example, adhesion, and the second portion 320 may be fixed to the cover 200 by means of, for example, adhesion.
The fixing member 300 further includes a removable portion 330, the removable portion 330 being disposed between the first portion 310 and the second portion 320 and connecting the first portion 310 and the second portion 320. By "removable portion" is meant herein that the portion can be separated from other portions to which it is attached and secured. In the present invention, when the removable part 330 is removed from the fixing member 300, the removable part 330 is detached from the first and second parts 310 and 320 connected thereto, and the first part 310 can remain on the main body 100 and the second part 320 can remain on the cover 200, at which time the cover 200 can be rotated with respect to the main body 100.
That is, when not in use, the first portion 310 of the fixing member 300 is fixed with the main body 100 and the second portion 320 is fixed with the cover 200, at which time the removable portion 330 connected and disposed between the first portion 310 and the second portion 320 has not been removed, so that the fixing member 300 fixes the main body 100 and the cover 200 together such that the main body 100 and the cover 200 cannot rotate relative to each other.
When the user desires to use the storage box 10, he or she removes the removable portion 330 from the first and second portions 310 and 320, and releases the relative fixation between the main body 100 and the cover 200, thereby relatively rotating the main body 100 and the cover 200. At this time, the user can align the top opening 221 of the cover 200 with one of the windows 420 of the flap 400 to place and remove the item, or with the blocking portion 410 to close the storage box 10 to prevent the item from falling out.
In the embodiment shown in the figures, the removable portion 330 is a tear strip. In another embodiment, not shown, the removable portion 330 may be a tear line. Therefore, when in use, the user can put the storage box 10 in the use state only by tearing.
The storage box 10 according to the present invention can be recycled and is suitable for storing a variety of different types of articles. Compared with the traditional storage box, the storage box is more economical and environment-friendly, and brings more pleasure to users in the use process.
In order to allow the main body 100 and the cover 200 to be rotated without being separated from each other during use of the storage box 10, a mutually engaging stop structure is provided on the outer surface of the main body 100 and the inner surface of the cover sidewall 210. Referring specifically to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows the cooperating stop structures in an enlarged view in the circled portion on the left side thereof for clarity.
The main body 100 is provided with a first stopper portion 115 on an outer surface thereof. The first stopper part 115 protrudes from the outer surface of the body 100, i.e., has a certain thickness.
Accordingly, the cover sidewall 210 is provided on its inner surface with a second stop 215, which second stop 215 cooperates with the first stop 115 to prevent the cover 22 from disengaging from the main body 100 along the mounting axis X (fig. 3 and 4). The second stopping portion 215 protrudes from the inner surface of the cover sidewall 210, i.e., has a certain thickness, to be blocked from the first stopping portion.
In one embodiment, the first stop member 115 and/or the second stop 215 portion extend along at least a portion of the entire circumference to facilitate installation and possible later removal of the body and cover. For example, the first stopping member 115 may be a strip extending along the circumference of the body 100, two ends of which do not contact, but a gap (not shown) is left between the two ends; and the second stopper portion 215 may be a stopper. Describing the orientation shown in fig. 4, when the main body 100 and the cover 200 are mounted together along the mounting axis X, the second blocking portion 215 in the form of a blocking piece may be positioned below the first blocking part 115 through the above-mentioned gap, and then the second blocking portion 215 is snapped below the first blocking part 115 by the relative rotation between the main body 100 and the cover 200. Thereby, the cover 200 and the main body 100 can relatively rotate without being separated from each other during the use of the storage box.
In another embodiment, the first stop 115 and/or the second stop 215 may also extend along the entire circumference.
The body 100 is further described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4. In the present invention, the body 100 may include a hollow cylinder 110 and a bottom member 120 fixed to the hollow cylinder 110. A body opening 190 is provided at one end of the hollow cylinder 110, and the bottom member 120 is fixed to the other end of the hollow cylinder 110 opposite to the body opening 190, for example, by bonding to the hollow cylinder 110. The aforementioned chamber is defined by the hollow cylinder 110 and the bottom part 120.
As shown in fig. 3, the bottom member 120 has a bottom sidewall 121 surrounding the hollow cylinder 110. The inner surface of the bottom sidewall 121 may be secured to the hollow cylinder 110, for example, by bonding.
As shown in fig. 4, edge 2101 of lid sidewall 210 abuts edge 1211 of bottom sidewall 121. This abutment is an axial abutment between the cap 200 and the main body 100 along the mounting axis X, whereby the main body 100 and the cap 200 are stopped in the disengaging direction (by the first stopping member 115 and the second stopping portion 215 as described above) during the relative rotation, and are abutted in the direction opposite to the disengaging direction. That is, the main body 100 and the cover 200 are locked in both directions along the mounting axis X during the relative rotation, and there is substantially no relative movement therebetween along the mounting axis X, ensuring stability of the overall structure of the magazine.
In this case, the first portion 310 is fixed to the bottom sidewall 121 and the second portion 320 is fixed to the cover sidewall 210 (fig. 4).
While the best modes for carrying out the utility model have been described in detail, those familiar with the art to which this invention relates will recognize various alternative designs and embodiments for practicing the utility model within the scope of the appended claims.
