Транспортер для перемещения рыбного сырья, характеризующийся тем, что включает последовательно соединенные расходный бункер, насос, тройник, шаровой кран, рукав, водоотделитель и приемный бункер, причем насос состоит из пневмоцилиндра, рабочего цилиндра и рабочего поршня, закрепленного на штоке пневмоцилиндра, со стороны отверстий насоса расположены заслонка входа и заслонка выхода, установленные на осях вращения с возможностью их поочередного открытия по направлению транспортирования рыбного сырья, при этом тройник снабжен сливным краном и крышкой, расположенной на верхнем патрубке тройника, расходный бункер оснащен поплавковым клапаном, а в водоотделителе расположено отверстие для слива воды.1. Способ транспортирования рыбного сырья транспортером по п. 1, характеризующийся тем, что заполняют водой расходный бункер, уровень воды в котором дозируют поплавковым клапаном, загружают в него рыбное сырье, затем открывают шаровой кран и приводят в действие пневмоцилиндр, рабочий поршень которого поднимается вверх, под действием атмосферного давления заслонка входа открывается, а заслонка выхода закрывается и перемещаемое рыбное сырье заполняет рабочий цилиндр, при движении рабочего поршня вниз заслонка входа под давлением закрывается, а заслонка выхода открывается и рыбное сырье перемещается через тройник, шаровой кран и рукав в водоотделитель, в котором рыбное сырье отделяется от воды, после чего сбрасывается в приемный бункер.5.
