Abstract
Description
The invention relates to tooling for the production of structures made of composite materials, namely to the drainage elements of the technological package for vacuum-autoclave molding.
(1). A device for vacuum-autoclave molding of articles made of composite material, consisting of a layer of porous material located on the lower layer of heat-resistant, anti-adhesive material with holes for passage, a binder and means for connecting to a vacuum system (1).
The known device does not exclude the destruction of the porous layer and a decrease in its drainage ability, which can lead to uneven pressure testing of the product and thereby reduce its quality.
To eliminate these drawbacks in a device consisting of a layer of porous material located on the lower layer of a heat-resistant, anti-adhesive material with holes for passage of a binder, and means for connecting to a vacuum system, according to the invention it is equipped with an additional upper perforated layer mounted on a layer of porous material and made as the bottom layer of easily deformable sealed material, and these layers are interconnected to form a shell.
In addition, the upper and lower shell layers are interconnected discretely across the entire working surface.
Figure 1 shows a cross section of a drainage device; figure 2 is a top view of figure 1; figure 3 - assembly diagram of the technological package of the workpiece details.
The drainage device consists of the upper 1, lower 2 layers with
Rubberized fabrics or films with perforated holes are used as drained layers of shells. For example, if a curing temperature in the range 180-200 structure C. membrane layers may be made of one ATOM ATOM marks or tissue-2 (TU 17-2191-76) perforated over the entire working surface of the needle roller.
The presence of the middle layer provides the necessary sliding of the shells relative to each other to obtain a drainage thickness that prevents local or general collapse of the vacuum bag under the influence of vacuum.
As the middle layer of the drainage device can be used fabrics, nets, mats based on glass or organic fibers, as well as granular bulk materials, for example, foam balls. Less flame retardant materials can be used for the middle layers than for the outer shells of the drainage device. If necessary, the middle layer may be impregnated with a release agent.
Inside the device is fixed a vacuum perforated tube having an outlet from the device for attaching a hose to the vacuum system.
For small parts of a simple shape (flat, small, single curvature and without sharp changes in thickness), this device can perform the function of a tsulag, completely replacing it. Depending on the dimensions of the molded parts, their structural form, as well as the materials of the middle layers, they can be joined along the perimeter or along the entire working surface in the form of quilted blankets to fix the position of the middle layers, preventing their spontaneous displacement.
д. Drainage devices can be centrally manufactured in the form of standard measuring products, for example, with dimensions of 0.5x0.5 m, 2.5x1.0 m, 0.5x1.5 m, etc.
The assembly of the technology package is as follows.
Then the technological package through the
If necessary, it is possible to re-or additionally form ventilation openings in the drainage device by rolling a needle roller along the working surface of the device, i.e. the shell drainage process is adjustable.
Dismantling of the technological package after autoclave molding is carried out in the following sequence. The technology package is disconnected from the vacuum system. The
Thus, this drainage device allows to reduce the complexity of laying and removing drainage, increase the production culture, reduce the cost of auxiliary technological materials due to a sharp increase in the difference in the use of the drainage device.
