Abstract

The claimed utility model relates to the designs of children's baths, in particular to baths with variable configuration. The purpose of the claimed utility model is to achieve such a technical result as increasing the reliability of the structure. The goal is achieved as follows: a children's bathtub, with the possibility of changing its configuration, containing a bath body and legs, where the bathtub is attached by means of a rim to support rods fastening the legs having articulations, while the legs are fastened in pairs with ties located below the bathtub body, characterized in that it additionally contains a base plate provided with holes offset from the center to the edges of the plate, dimensions and shape corresponding to the section of the legs, and the legs are rigidly fixed in these holes.

Description

The claimed utility model relates to the designs of baby baths, in particular, to variable-configuration baths.

Baby baths, with the possibility of changing the configuration, have been known for a long time, for example, a combined bath and table is known (US patent No. 1338034, published 04/27/1920), which is a baby bath with a lid built into a chest of drawers, when using the structure as a bath, the lid moves to the side, forming a support surface.

The disadvantage of the known design is low reliability.

The closest known is the design of a children's bathtub (patent application No. US 20140325750, published 06.11.2014), containing a bath with a discharge, fixed on a flat surface mounted on four legs.

However, the disadvantage of the known design is also low reliability.

The purpose of the claimed utility model is to eliminate the identified drawback to achieve such a technical result as increasing the reliability of the structure.

This goal is achieved as follows: a children's bathtub, with the possibility of changing its configuration, containing a bathtub body and legs, where the bathtub is attached using a rim and latches in the form of a latch, located on the outer sides of the body, at the base of the body and on the rim on the support rods, fastening legs with articulations, while the legs are in pairs fastened with ties located below the bath body, characterized in that it additionally contains a base plate equipped with holes offset from the center to the edges of the plate, sizes and shapes corresponding to the section of the legs, and the legs are rigidly fixed in these holes and installed at an angle to the center of the base plate.

The body of the bath (1) with its rim (2) is placed on the horizontally located support rods (6), connecting the legs (7). At the same time, the legs themselves are made composite, with joints and are additionally fastened to each other by means of ties (9). There is a plate (10) below the bath body. The bath body is equipped with a cover (4). The legs can be equipped with casters (12).

In order to increase the reliability of the bath structure, latches in the form of latches (3) are provided on its body, which help to reliably fix and hold the structural elements relative to each other. So, for example, the latches can be located at the top of the bath body, directly below the rim, where they help to securely fix the support rods. Alternatively, the latches can be located on the outer sides of the bath body and also serve to secure the support bar. This location of the latches is provided for cases of changing the configuration of the bath in order to increase the overall height of the structure. Also, latches can be located on the outside, at the base of the bath body, to fix and securely hold the bath body on the ties (9), which simultaneously fasten the legs of the structure.

The legs of the bath, which is capable of changing its configuration, can be made with a lock (8) in the form of a button, located at the place where the legs join. The presence of a retainer holding the two halves of the leg undoubtedly increases the strength and reliability of the structure. Also, in cross-section, the legs can have the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners, which makes it possible to distribute stresses when loads are applied. Thus, the reliability of the structure is increased. In particular, when filling the bath with water.

The bath lid can be attached to the bath body by means of a hinge (5), also in the form of a hinge. The hinge joint is technologically advanced and reliable, capable of withstanding multiple opening-closing cycles. Also, the lid may contain a latch that ensures reliable holding of the lid in a certain position.

In addition, in order to increase the overall reliability of the structure, the legs are additionally fastened together by means of a plate (10), located in the holes of the plate (11) located along its edges. The legs are rigidly inserted into the holes, while the cross-section of the legs does not exceed the cross-section of the corresponding holes of the flat horizontal plate, while the shape of the holes corresponds to the shape of the legs. This ensures that the legs fit snugly in the holes, preventing them from loosening. Thus, a flat horizontal slab simultaneously serves as a screed. The result is a secure hold by inserting and fixing the legs, each in its own hole. The holes made in a single array of a flat horizontal slab always maintain a stable distance relative to each other, without causing distortion of the structure and provide high preservation of the finished product structure (which, according to GOST 27.002-2015, also increases reliability). The assembly of the structure is high-tech, since due to the existing holes in the plate, the legs unambiguously occupy the required position laid down by the designers of the structure. Also, the legs are installed with an inclination to the center of the base plate (at an obtuse angle to the support rods), that is, the distance between the legs under the bath rim will be less than the distance between the legs at the places where the rollers are attached. This determines the angle of divergence of the legs, which provides additional density and reliability of the legs in the holes of the plate, due to expansion.

Children's bathtub is designed for hygiene procedures in young children. For the convenience of its operation, it is located on legs, approximately corresponding to half of human height, which allows you to wash the child without bending over. To change its configuration, it is possible to fix the support bar under the bath rim, or on its sides. Also, due to the possibility of changing the configuration, it is possible to separate the upper part of the legs, forming a low bath and table. This procedure is carried out by pressing the leg articulation lock, in the form of a button, loosening the fastening of the legs relative to each other. Alternatively, it is possible to remove the upper half of the legs and dismantle the plate, thus lowering the bath body. Despite the fact that the plate can additionally perform the functions of a table, its main function is to keep the shape of the entire structure, create additional stability, thereby increasing reliability, and also prevent the legs from loosening, which increases durability. The children's bathtub is manufactured at one enterprise, including the enterprise of plastic products, and is delivered to the user in a single package.

Thus, the use of a plate in the construction of a children's bath, which additionally holds the legs together, allows achieving the claimed technical result, namely, increasing the reliability of the structure.
