Claims (12)

1. Терминальное устройство, содержащее:
блок кодирования, выполненный с возможностью сопоставления закодированных битов для совместно применяемого канала восходящей линии связи (UL-SCH) и первой последовательности с набором элементов, и
передатчик, выполненный с возможностью передачи физического совместно применяемого канала восходящей линии связи (PUSCH), причем
один из упомянутых элементов идентифицируется по индексу поднесущей PUSCH и индексу символа мультиплексирования с ортогональным частотным разделением каналов (OFDM) PUSCH, и
то, сопоставлена ли первая последовательность с избежанием заранее определенного набора элементов, задается на основе числа битов подтверждения (ACK) гибридного автоматического запроса на повторение передачи (HARQ), сопоставленных с PUSCH.
2. Терминальное устройство по п.1, при этом закодированные биты для UL-SCH сопоставлены с упомянутым заранее определенным набором элементов.
3. Способ связи, используемый для терминального устройства, причем способ связи содержит этапы, на которых:
сопоставляют закодированные биты для совместно применяемого канала восходящей линии связи (UL-SCH) и первой последовательности с набором элементов; и
передают физический совместно применяемый канал восходящей линии связи (PUSCH), причем
один из упомянутых элементов идентифицируется по индексу поднесущей PUSCH и индексу символа мультиплексирования с ортогональным частотным разделением каналов (OFDM) PUSCH, и
то, сопоставлена ли первая последовательность с избежанием заранее определенного набора элементов, задается на основе числа битов подтверждения (ACK) гибридного автоматического запроса на повторение передачи (HARQ), сопоставленных с PUSCH.
4. Способ связи по п.3, в котором закодированные биты для UL-SCH сопоставлены с упомянутым заранее определенным набором элементов.
